The staff was nice
There needs to be premium liquor everywhere for people who paid for it. Not only in 2 places and you have to continue to walk over there each time you want a drink.

The staff was all very friendly and attentive.
The Xhale Club building was so far from everything else on the property and you couldn’t get the drinks at the pool, you had to physically go into one of the locations to get the better liquor selections. The hibachi chef was racist towards Asians - meowed and barked when bringing out the chicken and steak and said he name was Jackie Chan then said Kon'nichiwa. Everyone was so uncomfortable. The credits you get were not explained that only one could be used daily. There were several bugs in the room even though we always kept our doors shut.

It is magical place supper classy! There is all you need and more! Yoga classes were great!
Staff was staring at me all the time when I was walking somewhere. It made me a bit uncomfortable, I didn’t expect to feel that in the resort. Overall was good

Nothing. I ended up here due to canceled flight and I wanted my girlfriend to spend the night with me but It was completely impossible. Worse night experience of my dominican republic life. I know if I was someone with status, I would've been treated better. Its such a long story that it is almost inexplicable.

They could have played a better varies of music at the party pool. Hip hop/ Afro beats/ R& B etc. They should have offered premium alcohol at some of the bars.

Our room was beautiful and ocean front. Unfortunately it was full of mosquitoes. We never left the sliding door open so I think they were coming through the ventilation system. We killed 5-10 mosquitoes every day.
The Italian restaurant was terrible. The exhale club bars were awesome. The drinks at the pool were watered down and too sweet. The main pool was nice. The central party pool was a gong show. 20-40 years olds drunk before noon The beach had a lot of sargassum the last 3 days there. The wedding we went to attend had a pile of sargassum right behind the bride and groom. The resort should have cleaned it up before the wedding. I think it was worth it to upgrade to exhale club because it had better bars and a convenient restaurant not open to general guests

The room was nice! Food tasted great! Great service for the most part, a few exceptions! The all inclusive was good! Gym was amazing!
Gym shared between 2 resorts so there were kids playing in there, beach area was full of corals, sales people were all over the beach, front desk tried to get us upgrade the room and seemed upset when we didnt, alot of the restaurants were closed and there was construction.
