Location, staff, room.

There were too many stupid rules and they didn’t offer us adequate compensation when the bathroom in our room flooded on the first night and we had to change rooms the next day which took a lot of time.

I loved the room setup, or bungalows very spacious! I enjoy the ample amount of food options between à la carte restaurants that were included to food trucks and buffets!
The mosquitoes!! I suggest they have bug repellent sprays or plug in within the rooms!

I loved the spa, the beach, pools and the food options. The resort was aesthetically pleasing and it was a great layout!
I didn’t like that room service was not truly 24/7. I did not like the service from employees, we stopped often and got minimal effort and respect.

Peacocks!!! Very clean resort. Fun show by pool. The beautiful beach. Easy access to food and drink. Amazing property.
Hard to make dinner reservations. Shower pressure was very weak. Room humid and took a while to get cool and also refrigerator

The location was very nice, a bit large at first but definitely a lot of places to explore
The property was filled with marketers constantly trying to sell you excursions and items. Service was poor. False advertising on a numerous amount of products. Contracted food poisoning from my stay as well.

One stop, you truly do not have to leave if you don’t want to. The beach was amazing. No seaweed, soft white sand, beach chairs and umbrellas! The food trucks including a bar by the beach was a nice touch. Samsara food was great! Check in process was easy. I appreciate them putting my two suites together. Customer service was consistently good with a few hiccups but that shouldn’t outweigh the good.
In the reviews I read prior to coming, other guests mentioned a musty smell in the rooms and the furniture needing a deep clean. I agree with that….make sure you pack your Lysol wipes, febreeze and keep the temp in the room cool to avoid this smell being overwhelming. Maybe even bring a plug in from home.
The fridge is not the coldest but if you put your items on the top freezer part they get cold. They do need to figure out that musty smell.
They don’t have enough trams running and there is no line, like stantions so there can be an actual cue so people are constantly just rushing the tram as it pulls up to get seats. (Unfair for the older folks) I’m

The seafood restaurant was horrible…skip it if you can. Indian restaurant food was amazing.
I brought my own liquor from duty free and glad that I did the bar drinks were not the best and pool bar overcrowded.
Buffets were buffets be there when it opens. Or you’re gonna have to wait and there will be some rude tourists that cut you in line although you’ve been waiting.
THE MAIN THING THAT NO ONE INCLUDED THAT I WISH THEY DID THE PEACOCKS ARE BEAUTIFUL BUT VERY VERY LOUD IN THE MORNINGS! I can sleep through anything so I didn’t care but if you are a light sleeper and your rest is important you may want to bring ear plugs or choose a different resort altogether. Again I didn’t mind but just a heads up for someone that may be a light sleeper.

It had a variety of activities, restaurants, pools and the beach. The peacocks were the show stopper for me.
The “Welcome gift” is a ploy for a timeshare. The water doesn’t get hot.

Great food, clean, well kept beach and pool, good location, friendly staff. I got a discounted room for $160 a night plus a free upgrade so that was really unbelievably good. Exceptional

The ac can be a problem.The room gets hot during the day.Always make sure the glass door is locked or the ac won’t run properly.
