The rooms are large The grocery store is within walking distance. Kitchen fairly well equipped. Large windows. The staff is super sweet.
Apartment. Advertised that it has a gym, it does NOT. Lots of street noise. No A/C in living rooms, only a ceiling fan. All window locks were inoperable on my 2nd floor unit. Never adjusted a/c sensor to make 1 bedroom unit functional.

The service was horrible. Office people are not professional it all. I will never stay in the hotel again...bad experience. They don't care about you, they only care to receive your money.

NOTHING!
This hotel is the worst place you could stay on vacation. There were worms in the bathroom and a leaking air conditioner that wet the bed. I reported the issue, but no one responded. I booked another hotel the next day and left. They did not refund.

The overall of the place . The pool was nice rooms spacious. Meet new people. Most of them decent .
Customer service was not that good. They need to be more professional.Beds are too low. And not comfortable. I brought a family of seven .

Its a quite place.
The room and appliances needs upgrade that had licks from the ceiling and we lost at least $50 in meats due to the refrigerator not working properly

We are more than one person , and they give only one magnetic card ( key ) for the door . When i go out of the Hotel , sometimes i have to wait outside several minutes at the street because the have nobody in the office .

The location for us was very good,for breakfast we walk for ten minut
At Bavaro the wifi doesn't work propetly and there was no cable for the t.v.
