What I liked best about this hotel were the pools, the beach and the activities. The pools are huge and the water is a great temperature, as well as the beach. The workers are very kind and the activities are very enjoyable.
I did not enjoy the food as much as I thought I would because it was missing flavor. The restaurants were also pretty bad and we have to have dinner at 10pm to be able to eat at the restaurants. It was not worth the wait. We ended up going to the buffet.

We had the two bedroom family suite and the rooms were spacious and clean. Rooms were cleaned daily. The refrigerator was restocked daily with large bottles of water and other beverages.
We had two patios in the Family Room suite. The views were not great, one side faced a sidewalk and the other an enclosed area with trees.

The beach and the sea are beautiful
The food is just horrible. The service is so bad, sad and tired employees. The drinks are cheap and horrible. There is a disgusting sound all over the place to drive birds away which is annoying.
Let me reinforce how bad the food is is awful.

The view was beautiful. The hotel was big,nice and clean. Had a variety of things to do.
That they gave you only 2 towels. When we asked for an extra, we were told they were out later. Dinner reservations were never booked correctly. So twice they weren't able to find my name. Most staff didn't really smile.
