Breatkfast was good. Hotel was clean
The hotel staff did not tell us that we could use uber to get to places for much cheaper price. When asked where to go for dinner, she said the best is to go to the mall. She got us an expensive taxi which was double the price of uber.. and the taxi took us to the mall, but mall had no really good food, so we did not stay there, and took an uber ourselves to the beach instead.

Wonderful air-conditioning with a cooling heat pump
Good hot water nice shower
Need earplugs because lots of partying going on late into the night
No one really spoke English so you need your eye or voice translate or just learn Spanish
They booked a private taxi for me

It’s very clean, there is a water dispenser to fill up on water which is very convenient due to the heat. The the people that work here are very friendly. They include breakfast in the price which is very nice.
If you are not from here just know not to expect hot water. But it’s not terrible.

Hotel is located in a bad neighborhood (as we were told by the locals). The windows had bars but no glass, so the street noise was insane. We could not sleep all night. The locals also told us not to go out after 10pm.
Bathroom was flooded. We let them know so they dried the floor, closed the toilet water supply and that was it. Water continued to flood the bathroom from the sink.

The property was clean .
The check in process was long and unpleasant. The receptionist was slow to give service and kept putting us off to do something else. She took forever to find our reservation and kept scrolling through the same few reservations while children were there irritated, sleepy and tired.
We reported that the fridge door in our room couldn't close and the security was sent to check on it, he just told us to leave a suitcase infront of it to keep it closed.

Breakfast was good and room was clean and fairly big . The price was a good value for what you received .
Nothing worked.
The TV the toilet and the hot water did not work. We had to ask for help and they fixed the TV. The noise from outside was extremely loud throughout the night . It was difficult to sleep.
