The room I was assigned had an iron door on the balcony with a gap that fitted a finger on the balcony and the noise was unbearable, I couldn't sleep at all.

It’s got a nice reception hall.
They didn’t clean the room every day. We’d have appreciated having our room rearranged in the morning. There was not bath floor mat, so the bathroom got dirty easily.

didnt know the location was in an industrial area, huge street with too many cars and motorcyles so busy and loud day and night, and the hotel feels paper thin, you can hear the reception and lounge area almost as if theyre in your room and too many people carrying on loud conversations at all hours...seems they have no clue that you can hear them yapping at 1 am or whatever

Manager Sandra so friendly very helpful person but need more support from owner .Alex Johny there friendly too in parking and what ever you need yokadts and personnel from cleaning wonderfully person and keep very clean but look have too much work for the money they make .onize from kitchen nice but can't make much it look menu too poor blame owner for that don't want to spend Big loss Janeiry from kitchen not there no more I stay so many time there but this time she not there big loss big difference in dining room new guy Pablo so rude actitud saw this guy tried customer like nothing talk behind back and no manor one lady ask for coffee said no more coffee but they have coffee in kitchen another person he serve breakfast with out ask and before finish start moving the plate lady to complain unprofessional .
Breakfast too poor same every day not like before .mangu some time only with eggs and sandwich with ham and cheese food spencive can find better food and better outside need improvement a soon posible or like before . Room need some remodel TV not work properly change room 3 time saw roaches around . But bed and blanket very clean and towels..owner need attention on this .dispenser for snack to little and some time almost nothing only soda was ok

It's a good enough hotel with breakfast included. The room are comfortable con A/C, private bathroom and quite big.
It's a bit far from everything, so you have to use a taxi to move around (not that there is so much to do or see in La Romana)

Every day the same breakfast, they should vary.
The bathroom was not well cleaned, the mirror and shower were dirty and it didn't smell clean.
