We liked the apartment with a terrace and sea view. Food was very good, beach chairs were convenient for guests.
It would be nice to have seats reserved for when guests who would like to use them before 12pm. Had to ask someone politely to move because we had to remove out things due to down pour of rain.
There was no television in the second bedroom or in the living room?
Sometimes not enough attention to guests in the morning for breakfast. Had to wait a long time to order while we watched people who were not guest be served.

The setting by the sea. The local residents welcoming us and watching the children getting swimming lessons.
Some upgrades to the rooms, especially the lighting.

This hotel gives you the home atmosphere, high vibrating right on the beach! Food was spectacular. I’m vegan and was offered an avacado salad with beautiful colored vegetables, arroz con gandules, tostones, even pickled carrots (hate carrots and i finished them) you can tell the food is made to order. The staff was BEAUTIFUL, an unforgettable stay!

Staff excellent.
Actual place not so great. Nothing remotely modern about it.
Room door is from the bar restaurant area.
There is no lobby or front desk you have ck in at the bar.
They use standard keys so no cards for that.
The staff is very friendly and thats the only reason it gets a good mark.
Its actually a bit seedy.

The rooms were nice & clean. Very comfortable. Breakfast served daily was included and tasted great. The beach bar was nice to be able to sit on the beach and have a refresher! The ladies at the bar were very accommodating to myself and my local guest.

The location on the beach was good and the staff were marvellous. It was an oasis in a mad Boca Chica. The BBQ chicken was gorgeous
The surrounding area off the beach was a bit seedy. Not the hotels fault.

Great location. The restaurant was perfect. High quality food. Rooms were nice size, good AC, price is reasonable. But it's the staff that makes this place absolutely the best place to stay in Boca Chica. Wonderful people.

We really like the location of the hotel, directly at the beach with a nice view when you sit in the restaurant!
The hotel is extremely outdated. The rooms are dark and old, it smelled like someone has been chainsmoking for the past years in our room, the bed was a thin cheap matress and the bathroom was musty. The food at the restaurant is average at best. For the price we payed, the room we got was definitely unacceptable. They need to either lower their prices or renovate the crap out of this place.

Is was right on the beach. U have to be a customer to stay on the beach. The food was tasty and affordable.I asked for water in a glass multiple times, and they were not allowed to give water.
Not providing cold water in a glass when you are paying to dine in. U have to pay for water.

Fantastic location! Came straight from the airport and landed in beachy heaven and got a drink and a great meal at the place itself. Woke up early the next day for a swim and my own yoga practice right on the beach. Didnt need to leave but went to a nearby superstore for some supplies which was convenient.
As a solo female traveller, the expats. But sort of the case everywhere in latin america.
