Clean, close to beach, several bars and food locations. Secure.
Loud street noise, though its probably the same in boca chica everywhere, people on motorcycles at all hours. Used sound machine app to help.

Xiomara was great. Friendly, Helpful. Nice clean place. Why do places try and lie about what is available for each apartment or room. This was nice enough but only disappointed by misleading what was being offered for my specific apartment. Apartments are all posted by room number. They post to each apartment that it has a balcony.
There was no balcony, which I booked to have a balcony. On the specific apartment options this place lists in each apartment option and price category that it has a balcony, bbq, great views. You have a view of an empty lot and old building. Only one apartment in the whole building has a jacuzzi and balcony. There is a small terrace in front of the top apartment in front of the door of another person. Nothing worse than being disappointed. Just list this place for what it really is. This process with the deposit is a pain in the butt. No place else does this.

Comfy beds and a lot of space.
Hot water did not work for too long, there was 4 of us and only for our kids we had hot water, me and my husband had cold water every day. Also some insects did bite us, we had many bites all over our bodies. Someone told us that looks like bedbug. When we left that apartament, 2 / 3 days later the bites gone from our bodies and never again we didn't notice that problem... so I am sure something was there in the bed, I couldn't sleep due to itchy bites and skin. Would not come back, ever.
Another thing, every night loud music upstairs... our kids couldn't sleep because of that. We asked them to turn it down, but the music still was loud and it happened every night.
Unfortunately I will not recommend that place.

The area is surrounded by bodegas and decent restaurants and it is a short walk to the beach.
The room was listed as over 600sqft but was probably a third of that. It was comfortable however. The kitchen could use a bottle opener.

The room itself was nice.
In the room I had, there were too many activities happening on the street at night. Barking dogs, motorcoaches at night when trying to sleep, and parking spaces were unavailable because a Motorcycle Store always had a motorcycle parked in the Hotel spot. I will never stay in the front part of the Hotel again.

The trouble with the key. Also, be careful and make sure you make a reservation for the jacuzzis they every apartment doesn't have one, even if they say they do.
