Location and the staff. The breakfast was good.
The owner didn’t check my check out date and asked me to leave before my check out dates. I had to asked him to check before reminding me leave. The facility needs a renovation. The television in the room was outdated. They need smart television in the room. The AC in the room wasn’t working. I was given the option to change the room. The owner displayed attitude towards guess sometimes.

The area. Near the beach ⛱️.
Furniture was old and needed to be replaced. The smell of mold. The Dominican flag was in bad shape. All chairs needed to be cleaned. The room was spacious and looked clean. The towels looked old and worn. I was turned off entering , seeing the furniture and the smell of mold. The guy was nice , but the hotel needs to be cleaned. The guy who booked us in was very helpful ; however, I would not go back. We had to pay for another hotel because I wasn't staying in those conditions.

Not enough towels and looked dingy. I only provided one tiny soap for several days. Only one tiny soap, complementary after that you have to pay for it regardless of how many days you stay.

Aparta Hotel Azzurra is a safe, clean, reasonably priced place to stay in Boca Chica. It is SO CLOSE to the beach. If I need to use the restroom & don't like what's available on the beach, it's only a five-minute walk back to my hotel room.

I like how everything is close by, beach, bars, resturant, stores, money exchange everything is walking distance. Breakfast was good. They have a jacuzzi wasn't able to use due to weather but definitely look fun.

I felt safe at the Aparta Azzurra Hotel. Security is maintained well, and the room had a secure place to keep my valuables. The hotel is convenient to the beach, stores, restaurants & money exchange sites, all within an area of a few blocks. They included a nutritious breakfast that I made sure to eat each morning, because it would keep me going for a good part of the day. One feature that I found exceptional is that the owner is right there directing the operation of the hotel. I saw him every day of my stay. I made it my business to rate this hotel because there's also a wonderful hotel that I've come to love in on the Atlantic side of the island, and I now have found a comparable place to stay on the Caribbean side.

Good breakfast and good value. Having a kitchenette closet was awesome! Good AC in room.
Owner/manager is quite passionate/argumentative (not with me, he barely said two words, but with others), one of the employees hit on me, pressing me for my phone number after I said no 2x.

Nice place and good location. I had to leave early so i missed the breakfast.
At 3 AM a dog started barking really loud and some people were taking really loud on street.
