Fair
The car park facilities were satisfactory, the room design was well executed, the reception being open 24 hours was highly convenient, the location was excellent, and the check‑out staff greeted us with a very warm smile. Thank you.
At the 01:00 a.m. check‑in, I was asked to manually provide my address and other personal information despite the fact that these details were already printed on the registration paper, resulting in an inefficient and frustrating experience.

Wonderful
Always nice to stay at the Scandic Hotels
I was sad to see that the breakfast has become an extra paid option. It used to be just included in the room cost and was always something to look forward to.

Friendly staff, nice and comfy beds. My kids love the bunk beds.
Kids found it bit hard to climb up the bunk bed. ️

The staff were so helpful when I had to contact Copenhagen Police in relation to my stolen wallet
The hotel is a bit out of town, but this meant there was free parking and it was no problem to drive into town to see the sights.

Warm room with no aircon and a freeway just outside, so not able to open the windown due to the noice.
Still very high price.

Pleasant
Super friendly and helpful staff
Location. there is literally nothing around. If you travel with kids, they only have two football goals. not even a slide for kids.
