Zoku is in a convenient location for public transit around the city/from the airport. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We loved the living room area to sit and hang out and have a drink. Zoku also conveniently has a space to store your luggage if you arrive early, or are leaving after checkout, locker room to change/shower, and laundry is available. There is a grocery store downstairs, and another one very close by.

Good location, close to the Metro, grocery store in the same building. Great concept, they have a pantry where you can help yourself to extra towels, Sheets, cleaning stuff, and coffee etc. Basic cooking stuff supplied. They only clean once a week so you clean up after yourself for the most part. Bed was very soft mattress. Air-conditioning worked. Fridge was good size.
Very noisy. Every single door, cupboard, fridge is not soft close. Everything your neighbors comes/goes, the door slams and the pictures on the walls shake. Very thin walls, floors etc... check in and out is all automated (even when someone was at the desk, directed to the screens). Staff were pretty unfriendly in general. Didn't feel very welcoming. Not good rooms for people with mobility issues. Bed is up wobbly stairs. In our room, several things broken... didn't have the fitness rings, broken clothes line, toilet roll holder etc. Was a bit disappointing overall.

The room was very clean, the kitchen provides just enough to make some simple meals at home. The rooftop garden area is quite nice with many little corners to hangout. The facilities are great, there is a closet on each floor with extra supplies. Getting here on the tram from the airport was super easy, the area was very walkable and bikeable. The staff is super nice and helpful, checking in and out is very easy.
We heard great things about the restaurant, but when we made a reservation it happened to be pizza night. The pizza crust was half burnt and half undercooked and the menu was quite limited (especially if you're vegetarian/vegan). There were no bikes available for rental.

Very quiet neighborhood of Copenhagen just three metro stops to Norreport where you can access other transportation. Full kitchen for cooking with two grocery stores nearby. Comfortable room with plenty of storage. Rooftop restaurant and seating area for relaxation. Laundry room in basement plus luggage storage.

Zoku Copenhagen simply feels like home, everything is beautiful about this place that made my stay in Copenhagen even better, amazing room, super clean, beautiful rooftop and terrace, short distance to the center and metro is just 2 mins walk, and above all the people working there are just the best, they have the most welcoming energy i have seen. So definitely book your stay here.

Everything was wonderful. The room is spacious, clean, designed very nicely, and it has everything you need to feel at home. It also has a very beautiful city view which was a great part of the room. The kitchen is great and has everything that is needed for cooking. The hotel is about 2-minute walk from the metro station which was great for transportation, and there's a supermarket right below the hotel which was perfect for buying stuff whenever I needed anything. I had unexpected changes to my trip and it ended up being longer than planned, so I stayed for an extra week at this hotel and I'm glad I did :) All staff members were super kind, friendly, and helpful which made my stay even more wonderful (and special thanks to Marsha who always helped me with everything I needed :)).

Inappropriate manager and staff behavior. Knocked on my door while I was sleeping just to tell me that there’s no smoking in the room. I DO NOT SMOKE OR HAVE PREVIOUSLY SMOKED! You should fire this manager and that staff that was with her. Accusing paying guests and insinuating that they smoke is unprofessional and uncalled for. I paid a lot for a one night. Fire the manager and that one staff that was with her. Accusing your guest for something that they don’t even do is unacceptable. Who hires these petty children running a hotel and making a mockery of their guests?

I've stayed here before. I enjoy the room design, work spaces, and location near the metro.
Getting service in the kitchen area is sometimes not intuitive. There seems to be one staff dealing with check-in and check-out, as well as making drinks, etc. This can result in confusion and long waits.

Such wonderful facilities, innovative design, friendly staff, clean space. The hallways were well lit and it was incredibly user friendly. The check ins and outs were easy too.

It was comfortable, clean and warm. I've lost my headphones during the checkout, came back couple of hours later and the staff was really helpful in finding them.
