-The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. -The location is excellent, 2 minute walk from Tivoli and Metro. -Fabulous, comfortable lobby. -Nice rooms amd comfortable bed. -Close to nice restaurants.
-The bathroom was tiny but it was well decorated with a lovely shower and I loved the tiles. The door is just one of those ones that slides closed. No real privacy when sharing, especially when it's with someone other than a partner. - Not great tv stations. However neither of these are things that really affect your stay. It's an a beautiful hotel.

Wonderful
I really enjoyed my stay at WIDE Hotel, especially the room and its excellent central location. I would particularly like to mention that the Deluxe King Room is spacious enough and very comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom was lovely, and there were plenty of towels. The coffee machine is manual, but it is quite easy to use. You can use tap water to make coffee, as bottled water is not provided in the room. The only issue I experienced was with the heating system, which wasn’t working properly. The room was quite cold, but the reception staff kindly provided me with an additional heater, which resolved the problem. The Hildebrandt Breakfast Club is absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend trying the mini snegl (Danish pastries) and the other delicious varieties of bread. Tea is also available alongside coffee. Last but certainly not least, the reception staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend WIDE Hotel and would happily stay here again on my next visit to Copenhagen! ♥️

Fair
The only positive side is the location of this hotel. Other than that it is rather difficult to find additional advantages.
Few things to mention... breakfast rather weak and the service was not working properly (during first day 1 coffee machine working for a couple of hotels and lack of cups for coffee). Reception was not that interested about the guests unless you ask them specifically. Slow elevator was causing a lot of delay, particularly during crowded periods or during check-out.

Very Good
The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming, the whole space is large enough yet not overwhelming or noisy, and the open connection among different hotels is rather nice and never felt too much. The hotel location was perfect, since I was very close to all destinations I wanted to reach every day, to shopping areas, and close to all museums i visited. The double room is comfortably spacious and well divided, and the staff is welcoming & very helpful
The room cleaning could be much better, some things showed that a deep cleaning is not necessarily taking place every now and then, and many other small details were obvious that cleaning the room was more about fixing the bed rather than handling its cleanliness. The coffee machine in the room is very nice as display but requiers almost a barista to be manipulated. Although staff was very nice and helpful yet one in particular enjoyed « disagreeing » politely :) with customers

Pleasant
Great location, coffee machine and ironing tools in the rooms, air conditioner
Pretty crowded in the breakfast, too many people, rooms could be cleaner, one lady (with blonde hair) at reception was really arrogant, small rooms
