Good location near to city sights. Pleasant staff. Comfortable room although rather small. Comfortable bed & pillows. Breakfast had good choice & was more than adequate.
‘Music’ very loud from venue opposite the hotel. Unfortunately our room faced that way so it was quite unpleasant. Fortunately it didn’t go on too late.
No milk provided for tea/coffee in the room. Was promised some on request but it never materialized. Also when our safe was locked it wouldn’t reopen so we couldn’t use it. This was reported but not fixed.

What a terrific find. First class Danish hospitality in the most stylish, comfortable and easy-going setting. The staff are as helpful and welcoming as if they owned and loved the place and really made our stay special. It felt like home.

Location excellent, easy to reach major attractions on foot and easy to get to it from the airport by public transport. Friendly and helpful staff, room clean, we especially liked the heated floor in the bathroom Finally a room in which you can open the windows! The hotel even lends you an umbrella if it rains We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that.
I always miss another chair in a room for two people. It would be great if there were a few more hooks to hang things. One pillow was lumpy, but there were spare ones, which were ok.
Otherwise, no complaints.

Location excellent near to everything and easy to get to the metro if needed. The room was clean. It was a little small however with little storage for clothes. I would upgrade to a bigger room next time. I would stay again.

This hotel had a wonderful location near the city hall square and with easy access to many popular tourist destinations. It had very nice amenities such as soft towels and good toiletries and a nice mini bar selection. It also had two balconies with different city views that we could use. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The breakfast (added charge) was very hearty and varied. You can also rent a bike for the day. The common spaces such as lounges and breakfast room are very nicely designed.
The price was a little high for the level of luxury of the room, in my opinion. The small carpet in the room was a little dirty, perhaps because of recent rains.

Location good.
Air con not good. Room small and gloomy. Bath in room..irritating. Balcony furniture uncomfortable. Small bathroom.
Tiny wardrobe...no room to hang clothes for 2 people. Not enough coat hangers. Dirty grubby feel to room. Elevator took ages as only one .....had to wait a long time every time. Breakfast really really busy....too many people.

Location. Room was big.
Breakfast was a little chaotic. We all show up at the same time, so finding a seat was an adventure. Perhaps having guests choose a specific time for better crowd control.

Location is perfect, 4 minute walk for the main square where many free tours leave. Also close by to Tivoli and the shopping street.
Breakfast was amazing, the staff was very helpful in regard to a special culinary request of ours.
Gym is small but well equipped.
The elevators are old, small and slow, so sometimes you have to wait until you get one.

The hotel was lovely. Modern and clean in a great location for the centre and rail links. We had a super stay here. The staff were friendly and helpful - happy to take our broken suitcase from us and help out.

Generally friendly staff
Loud music venue across the road from the hotel, playing music every night. Room cleaning was poor and bedding was not changed. Took three days for faulty shower to be fixed after asking.

We stayed in the penthouse room with a balcony which was brilliant.
A very classy hotel with a good breakfast
The breakfast area could look more stylish. It was a bit of a chaotic hot mess but breakfast itself was good.
