Good
Location was great! We took the Metro most places and did several excursions and shopping in the area. The room's are very tiny but we honestly did not spend much time in the hotel at all. Staff cleaned every day.
Front desk guys could have been a little nicer. I had brought some pastries down to them as a thank you, but unfortunately they were tossed in the garbage quickly after.

The location was amazing, everything was a walking distance.
The room itself was very basic with little to no extras, I stayed there for four nights and no one cleaned the room even once.

Clean, efficient place in a great location. Close to the metro, close to restaurants. Overall it was a good place to explore Copenhagen from.
The rooms are tiny. fine for a few days, but certainly not spacious.

I was given a small room beside their office . A lot of disturbance and slamming of the office door day and night . Staff were rude especially when i asked for a safe box in the room or their office to put ny valuables .
Staff attitude and lack of facility in the room such as an extra pillow and cupboard .

Exceptional
The hotel location was central to the neighborhood main square, the tourist area and other attractions/restaurants. Located in a nice neighborhood. I even found a local hardware store to get some super glue! Transportation was readily accessible. The room although a bit small (had a full or queen sized bed) was very clean, comfortable and adequately furnished. The breakfast buffet was "bountiful" and a good deal. I wish I would have purchased it as part of my reservation. Front desk staff were courteous and helpful.
The check-in/check-out kiosk was a bit challenging. There wasn't much in the way of tourist information. On my 2nd day I found a stack of free city maps near the front desk. There were none on the 1st day.

They advertise on booking that they provide free taxi to service to airport. They dont. Absolutely no amenities of a normal hotel. I would not stay here again and I would not recommend anyone to stay here to be honest.
