Very Good
Loved the location, the modern amenities and the breakfast option was great.
I wish the tv had an arm to rotate towards the bed.

The location is pretty good also for a woman who travels alone. The staff were helpful.
Attached bathroom is pretty small. Since there is no net curtains on the window you need to cover the curtains fully when you don’t want to be seen from the building across the street and it makes the room very dark.

Overall checked all the boxes. Good location at a good rate. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Appreciate the environmental consciousness.
Only minor feedback was with their shower. Difficult to get hot water if you shower late or comes scolding hot almost burned myself. The shower faucet needs adjusting.

Very central location
Cleaning staff very noisy in corridor with repeated slamming of doors every day around 9 AM.

Good
Well placed down town
Breakfast was the same every day, blankets in bed were smaller than the bed itself, shower drain was very slow to drain and caused the bathroom to partially flood

It was great location, enough space for one person over weekend. Very clean. No need to talk to staff if no special needs.
No option to keep curtains or window open on 2nd floor. It’s facing into windows straight. There was no ventilation way to keep an open window: either full open or closed. Because safety wise - anyone could get in from the glass roof.
In five days - the room was not cleaned at all because they were scheduled to clean the room around 2pm - only the hours I was coming by during the day to change or recharge. Why not to come and try in different hours!?
Constant crowd waiting for elevators. Something is off with the way/speed they work - four elevators and only one coming then you need to wait before pressing the button for the next one.
No safe box in the room, no wardrobe or iron. No Nespresso coffee machine or tea pot. First time in 10 years I had no means to make a tea in my room. And bar downstairs has no staff to ask for hot water or coffee when you need it

Wonderful
This is the most satisfying Booking.com hotel I've stayed in so far. The location is perfect, all touristic and historical locations are within walking distance. I didn't need public transport at all. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and functional. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Copenhagen. ( Ps. The famous hamburger shop Gasoline Grill is just in front of the hotel.)
Breakfast is not included to the price and it was a little bit expensive. Bathroom/shower vas a litlle bit small.

Very Good
The hotel is nicely located and provides basic support for a good budget. You can expect a clean room, all the basics you need for the stay of a few days. I did not have a fridge in my room, but that in my eyes is a minor detail. The hotel offers a rather good breakfast and also bikes for lease. Note that bikes from one of the supplies are *much* cheaper per ride, but in case you look for a simple solution, the hotel bikes are a good choice.
The location is nice - rather close to the city center, some bars, the metro from/to the airport - M2 station just five minutes away with another 20 minutes for the transfer to the airport. There are several bars and restaurants in the area and within walking distance.
For a short stay highly recommended - great value-for-money
The hotel relies a lot of guests supporting administration (self-check-in etc.). If you don't like that, the front desk is very helpful, but several services are faster on self-check-in. Not a big deal - just a remark.

Good
I liked that this hotel was very near the city center. The room was simple but had everything I needed (shower, bathroom, towels, bed, etc).
You have to pay 50 DKK per luggage to leave it at the hotel if you arrive before the 3pm check in time and you’d like to walk around instead of waiting there. If you’d like to get a room instead of waiting for paying 50 DKK per luggage, you need to pay 150 DKK. Breakfast isn’t included and it isn’t worth purchasing. Also, they didn’t tell me this, but breakfast is not refundable. Let’s say you don’t want to use it and instead a refund, they will not do it. The bathroom also seemed a bit dirty (toilet bowl was a bit dirty with specks of #2)

Very Good
Small room but clean and comfortable. Good shower. Good central location. Nice garden space to sit out in the evening. We were able to take our touring bikes into the room for safe-keeping. Breakfast is well supplied with bread, pastries, cheese, cereal, yoghurt etc. and is good value.
Slightly bigger room would be nice, but for this price and location you get what you pay for.

The location is great. The price is more affordable than most places in Copenhagen. Basic room & facilities but gets the job done for a night or two.
The shower & toilet are not private if you’re traveling with someone you’re not close/intimate with. Small room, can only access bed from one side.
