Very good breakfast, rooms have great amenities including smart TV, one can take new towels from the corridor each morning which very practical and efficient
I knew that in advance but the location is at least 10 minutes walking from 2 metro stations which is quite long
I was quite surprised that there was no option of watching the champions league final in one of the hotel bars or restaurants

This is a modern, well-appointed hotel with comfortable rooms that make for a pleasant stay. Families will appreciate the children’s playground on the premises. The highlight is undoubtedly the excellent Asian restaurant on the top floor, which offers a memorable dining experience with great views. While the hotel is not located in the city center, it is conveniently situated and easy to reach. Recommended for those looking for quality and comfort away from the hustle of downtown.

The first two days- there was no maid service. I had requested daily maid service upon check in. I went to reception late afternoon on the first day and reported this- they said it would be cleaned right away. It was not. The second day- there was no maid service. I called the front desk in the late afternoon and was assured that the room would be cleaned. When I returned to the room- it was not cleaned. This was the second day. I went to reception and asked to speak with a manager. They said someone would contact me in the morning. No one contacted me- not at all during my stay. When I went to check out. The receptionist told me I had ordered room service and I had not. I had gotten take out from the restaurant and paid cash. Never the less- she insisted I pay for the meal a second time. My partner then verified to the receptionist that he had paid cash for the meal. I insisted she refund the money. She asked if we had a receipt! Then told me I would need to go to the second floor to sort it out with the cafe manager. This is absolutely horrible service. There was no apology. I would like a refund since I did not receive maid service for 2 days and was treated very badly.

Location is great. Breakfast is great. Pool area is great. Staff is friendly. We were allowed to check-in a bit early. Conveniently located.
We had seven nights reserved, but only five were booked so it took longer than anticipated to check-in.
I wish the bathroom doors were solid and not glass as well as lights that were for the toilet room only. It is difficult for one person to get ready if the other is sleeping.
Service at the sushi restaurant (we just had drinks and hors d'oeuvre) is very slow. Our waiter was missing in action after our initial order.)

Very nice hotel. Staff were professional, polite, and very prompt. My lost luggage was found by Delta Airlines, Tivoli staff rushed it up to my room when it finally arrived.

The room is fantastic, same goes for the breakfast and staff. The executive room gave us access to the lounge, which is a big bonus - my little one loved it - the view, snacks and friendly staff.
The pool was crowded, and there were used towels everywhere in the changing room. Some of the guests didn't respect the rule to shower fully before going into the pool (we can see their hair is dry!!), which just drove us out of pool right away.

The location of the hotel is great for walking to all the big sights in Copenhagen. It is also very close to the train, in case you need to go further. The breakfast had a lot of variety and was worth the cost to have it included in the room.
The hotel is part of a convention center, so it is very big. They do their best to make it feel smaller and comfortable.

The location was great and the room was very nice, though honestly, the breakfast could have been better.
The experience at the Mesh restaurant was disappointing. The food quality didn't meet expectations, the service felt disorganized, and the prices were far too high for the level of service and cuisine provided.

Didnt even refill watered bottle for the next day-kind of a stupid policy-
staff said that you will get the 2 bottle for the whole stay,even if you stayed for 5 days-

Staff were very approachable and friendly. The room was exactly as the pictures showed, and the bed was comfortable.
The shower head could have been larger and worked better (it was spitting water out in every direction). The location was not ideal, there weren't many restaurants or things to do right near the hotel, instead we always had to travel into the city centre for this (15-20 min journey)

Good location, clean, friendly helpful staff with restaurants on location and close to public transportation
The bathroom door is frosted so at night if someone gets up to go to the bathroom and turn the light on it lights up the whole room. The shower doesn’t have a full curtain or glass door and easily allows water to splash everywhere when showering also the bathtub is extremely high so anyone who has balance issues or any other physical issues will have difficulty getting in and out of the shower. The blow dryer is extremely weak and we couldn’t use it because it barely dried our hair.
