Room was gorgeous and quite large. The kids facilities on site (massive play room and separate smaller area) were the best I could ever imagine. We are talking a gym-size room filled with a jumpy castle, small trikes and a bike path, extra large Lego bricks for stacking, drawing station, air hockey, foose ball. Coffee shop on size made exceptional coffees Very, very nice pool area. Much higher standard than a typical hotel pool. Very good hotel breakfast as well. Loves that they made barista coffees to order.
Location wasn't too nice. Near a build zone and a bit on the outskirts of town. That said, it was a 10 min walk to Tivoli and the hotel bikes, albeit a bit uncomfortable, made it easy to get around.

Everything was first rate. The location was good. The Hop On Hop Off sightseeing bus stopped outside the hotel every 30 minutes. Using this saved using taxis.
There is nothing worthy of serious criticism.

The hotel is good but busy and the reception area is so small
There is no room cleaning you need to ask about it the day before als the parking onder the hotel is not free
