Nice and clean. Friendly staff.
Too warm in the room, even if we had it on the lowest degree, not a good heat system. Coffee machine leeked water all over the table and was rubbish.

Location, right in the city centre; great breakfast; nice room furniture
Cleaning is not done unless requested at reception a night before, which is not something you want to have to keep track of while on vacation. The bathroom tub / shower area was outdated with visible wear and tear

Great central location, minutes from tivoli gardebs. Across the road from metro and a 5 min walk to central station.7-11 next door and plenty of bars/ eateries close by. Spotlessly clean and we had a great view of the street.
Mikolo, was an absolute star and went way above and beyond to fix my daughter’s wheelchair.
Room was a bit cramped for a wheelchair use and not really accessible upstairs

The Square is a modern hotel, conveniently located right near Tivoli Amusement Park, within walking distance of Copenhagen's largest train and metro stations and you can easily walk to all of Copenhagen's most famous shopping streets in the adjacent Indre By area. The room itself was large and comfortably fit 2 large suitcases and a carry on, with an equally large bathroom, plenty of thick hand, bath and face towels and amenities like a nail file, travel kit, kettle and tea. The shower water pressure was good and heated up quickly. Check in and out was smooth, the room was clean and tastefully decorated, it is worth the price you pay.
Pillows were quite flat and the shower drain was a little slow to clear so led to minor flooding at times, but these are minor nitpicks

Staff were the best I have encountered in a long time anywhere, location was ideal
We found our single beds a little to narrow and we were not very large ladies
