The staff was friendly and spoke english, which was helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Furniture and bathroom were modern (as in not dated). Location was awesome. Walked to Nyhavn, the metro, and the Rosenborg castle.
The shower dripped all night and we couldn’t figure out a way to stop it. The rug in the room was worn, dirty looking, and sort of gross. Wore my shoes around the room for sure.

It’s a cozy, clean, chic hotel right in the center. Location is very convenient if you’re coming as a tourist and planning to walk or bike around the city all day long. It’s so well located that I would stop by the hotel during the day to drop my stuff off. Eventhough I booked the smallest room it was an ok size for me not sure smallest room would be ok for two people though it might be a little tight. Amazing breakfast and great amenities. I loved the slippers in the room. :)) staff is very nice.

Too dim. Black everywhere and so dim that had to use phone light just to read menus even after daylight! Hall so dark I had ti use a flashlight even during the daytime. Great potential but needs a refresh on interior design.

Loved loved loved the breakfast. The best location. Very good cleaning and new towels. Very good choice of toiletries. Dyson a bonus :)
Room was a bit warm, a fan would have been nice. Would probably choose a bigger room next time, Superior was quite small.

1. The location 2. Polite staff at the reception with their outstanding service and support, they even press the elevator button for the guests, this is something that I have never ever experienced it in my entire life, I am a regular traveler due to my work requirement, I have never seen such a service before, I personally congratulate the Botique hotel staff and the management 3. The young staff at the breakfast, they were also amazing and very professional in their service and handling the breakfast, they showed that they were up to standards even beyond the standards.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel in the center of town. So many places in walking distance. And the subway station is 2 minutes away, which makes the airport transfer super convenient (12 minutes door to door). Nice rooms with very comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast served between 7am and 10am. Great service and very friendly and efficient front desk team. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed this hotel. We had a short visit (only one night), but we plan to stay here again on our next visit to Copenhagen. It was perfectly located close to tourist attractions and Metro stops. The room was clean and comfortable. We highly recommend!

The location close to the train line to the airport. Free wine in the evening was a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious.
The small double room is tiny. If you have a lot of luggage or you would like a bigger room, don’t choose the small double paid for.

Dennis & Fredrik were both very helpful to me. The breakfast was delicious. The bed was very comfortable. Best nights sleep I had I over 2 weeks of traveling!!

Location was good
The room we had reserved and paid in full was not available. We had to settle for a lesser grade room. Huge headache and fighting to get refund back from hotel
