Location is pretty decent, parking underneath the hotel, rooms were clean. You can rent good bicycles at the hotel, though you cannot book them in advance: first come, first served. Breakfast was nice, plenty to choose from (except tables to eat that breakfast at).
Excessively expensive for a room with zero closet space and barely any hooks for your clothes. No normal light switches, but awkward touch screen panels. We booked a family room with a double bed. After check in, we found that there were 2 separate beds. Went to reception to ask the room we booked for, and got told we had to pay 50 euro extra per day, but then we would get a nice view. We paid, only to find out the mechanical shutters were closed and broken, and would be repaired later, so we got charged extra to stay in a room that we had already paid for, with no view... Breakfast: crowded as it is a huge place, hard to find a seat, long queues for the coffee machine. Poor coffee, though there was this coffee shop in the hotel that serves very good coffee! Parking: expensive. Swimming pool: not for children?!?!? And have to pay extra...

Some staff not trained. Upon check in we asked them twice to confirm our breakfasts were included. The person said they were nit, even checked with someone else. Then said he could add breakfast and we said to add for just the next day, which took him about 7 minutes to do. But upon checkout we see 3 breakfasts added and were told our reservation included them. We asked for a refund of 2 breakfasts (560 kroner) and were told we had to write to Booking. com because we made the reservation through them. We told him Booking did not make a mistake but one of the hotel staff. They said they needed time to check the cameras snd speak to the staff. That was thursday July 9. I sent them a message to ask about this on July 10 and again on the 13. As of July 18 there has been no response. No A/C, just an airflow system and could get too warm at night.

Excellent Location and very polite staff. The location is just bang on, a little away from the centre hustle bustle, walking distance from the Central Station and Tivoli Gardens. Very comfortable bed and the family room was a big size. Thank You and we will certainly stay here the next time as well.

AC was really bad, one night was unbearable, had to keep the window open, but it didn't help too much. Reception told me to keep the shades closed, then sent maintenance to fix it, they fixed it, it was working for an hour, then it stopped working entirely. Had to switch rooms, but in the second room AC was barely keeping up with the heat outside.

Breakfast was great, in a fantastic location with good clean rooms - wellness centre was a real plus if you book it in addition, great sauna and facilities.
Airconditioner was very weak, and it was difficult to contact staff for inquiries or requirements without a telephone in the room.

Modern, nice and big bathroom, family room (2 adults 2 kids). Quick check-in and check-out online. Great location.
No fan in the bathroom. Breakfast area was poorly planned (not enough tables/space). Bad coffee.

Very clean, big hotel with great staff and great location. Highly recommend for a short or long stay.
The only complaint I have is I am Celiac and the breakfast buffett has a whole separate room for people who are gluten free and vegan with separate food and a safe space which is great except people were coming in and out and using shared plates and completely contaminating the gluten free food so it all was for nothing. I think more effort should be put in to keep it not contaminated like have a person stand there or cross it off.
