The room is super clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast is amazing. The digital check-in/check-out is very good and saves lots of time.
The blackout curtains are not good enough and the room was always with too much light for sleeping.

Nice location. Didn't have breakfast but a super coffee at the Espresso House in the same building.
Extremely expensive parking, even for Copenhagen standarts. Outrageous.

The location was very convenient, close to all the amenities and city center plus we had a nice view from the room
It was very quiet inside the room
The breakfast was good
No slippers and bathrobes included, I paid extra for the slippers
We got only 1 small bottle of water per person on the first day, the rest of the days we bought the water ourselves
You need to book room cleaning in advance, otherwise they don't clean rooms every day
We had to pay extra for luggage storage at the hotel on the day of departure

Location was good. It is very closed to tivioli Gardens . Additionally we really like breakfast it was very above our expectations
No water in the rooms . We couldnt get water with our bottles during breakfast it was not allowed

Disappointing
Very disappointing experience for a hotel that presents itself as family-friendly.
During our first night, a full hotel evacuation was triggered by a loud emergency alarm at 3 a.m. We had to wake our two young children, carry them down the emergency stairs in their pyjamas, and wait outside for around 45 minutes. Communication from the hotel was virtually non-existent, and no meaningful explanation or apology was ever provided.
One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was the impressive indoor pool shown in the promotional material. However, we only discovered upon arrival at the spa that children were not allowed to use it during our stay. As a family travelling with young children, this was extremely disappointing and should have been made much clearer during the booking process.
Housekeeping was also poor. During a four-night stay, our room was cleaned only once despite travelling with children, and even then the service was superficial. Trash was left behind, bedding stains remained visible, and the room was serviced late in the afternoon.
Other drawbacks included windows that could not be opened, no minibar or fridge, and limited access to facilities due to private events.
The gym is good and some café staff were friendly and helpful, but overall we left feeling more exhausted than when we arrived.
Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel to families visiting Copenhagen.
