Lovely hotel, outside city by within easy reach via close by Metro, buffet breakfast tasty and lots on offer, friendly staff. Nice surround location.

Location was great, every stuff member we interacted with were helpful and friendly. Fellow guest were also friendly, and said hi on the corridor.
The room had cosy interior compared to other hotels we were considering to choose.
I wish we could have a bathroom towel to step out from the shower.
The water damage under the hanging decorations in the hall is a major turn off. I guess it a is a more complex issue, but it was discouraging to see.

Easy to find and good public transport links into the city. Although the hotel is a fair distance from the centre it's no problem. We discovered the water bus suggestion from a previous review, and this proved very convenient. Around 10 minutes walk to the nearest stop and a lovely approach into the centre on the water. The water bus is dog friendly, but make sure you download the right app to pay the fare. Timetables available at the hotel.
