Clean rooms and helpful staff working on the frount desk. Buffet breakfast was great.
Restarant being closed on a Sunday. The hotel was a far walk from the other available eating places at dinner time. Some rooms had a shower over the bath and had train noise from very close railway track.

Great breakfast with big variety, good room size, close to underground station, most of the stuff members were nice, i liked the proeco cleaning rules.
We had a very unpleasant situation with booking the relax room. While booking we were told we have it " for one hour for free". The next day, during our relax time we got a rude call from another front desk man to bring back the key right now because in the system it said we had it for 30 min and other guests were waiting.
Also the same man told us we are not allowed to bring our child to the room, which would obviously be fine but the rules printed in the room said "children are welcome accompained by adult".
It felt like this stuff member had something against us, which is hard to understand to me as we are always kind and unproblematic, this is literally the first time i decided to write a complaint. We felt very unwelcome

Hotel is situated close enough to a metro station so you can move around easy enough.
Clean,spacious room and bathroom.
Room was quiet i could rest well.
Breakfast had some good fresh bread, few egg options for hard or soft boiled and scrambled. Everything seemed fresh.

The Junior Suite was spacious, comfortable and bright, with a nice view of the water.
Excellent breakfast.
Not enough space for clothes, only a hanging rack with one drawer and small cupboards.
We lived out of suitcases which had to be left on the floor as there was no luggage rack.
Since this was a Junior Suite with a king-sized bed, clearly set up for double occupancy, I was taken aback to be charged 200 dk per day extra for my husband because I had made the booking in only my name. I found this cheap!

Check-in staff, room size and cleanliness, breakfast, location.
Parking procedure - you need a special app for parking our cell phone didn't support and the parking fee not mention when booking! But staff was very helpful and made the parking booking with his cell phone.

It was conveniently located within walking distance of the wedding we went to at the cultural house. It was also easy to get to the freeway. The bed was comfortable.
The room was very small for that price and very hot at night, meaning we had to sleep with the window open and hear the trains all night. On top of that, we had to pay 25 Euros extra for an early check in (which I requested the day before) even though our room was ready early. Finally, we had to pay extra for parking in their outdoor parking lot. Also, their website said that the sauna and jacuzzi were out of service when they were actually just fully booked. We would have booked the sauna if they had mentioned it a month ago when I booked the room.
