Very Good
Good value, excellent location. Not luxurious, but clean, comfortable, and modern. Despite the proximity to a busy metro/train station (which was actually a plus) and shopping streets it was remarkably quiet. Wonderful outdoor and indoor market around the corner, as well as full service supermarket.

Wonderful
All staff were nice and very supportive. I was sick during my stay and they provided hospital contact with some recommendations. The location is PERFECT.

Wonderful
The location is hard to beat! Next to trains and subways, in the bus line and walking distance to so many attractions! Our room
Was huge (corner room) and well equipped, coffee, tea, toiletries. And the rooftop is really amazing, nice for ending the day with a drink and a view!
Towels were small and a little old. Lobby/reception is in the 6th floor (rooftop) which might be inconvenient for some things. It was quite expensive!

The location as perfect was for my first time in copenhagen. Easy to find and near a central station that includes metro, bus, train access.

Breakfast was ok
The location was horrible. There was no place to be picked up by taxi Why was there two comforters on the bed and no room place to put them when it was way too hot in the room. No cleaning of room during the visit. The safe was on the floor of the closet and on its side so you had to be kneeling on the floor and had to hold up the very heavy door to use it. Too expensive for what you got.

The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of many attractions, and with immediate access to the metro.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
The only negative aspect was that the room is a matchbox—very cramped.

Location. Metro station next to hotel. Close walk to Rosenborg Castle and plenty of restaurants and shops. We really liked the terrace bar; cocktails were great!
