Location. Metro station next to hotel. Close walk to Rosenborg Castle and plenty of restaurants and shops. We really liked the terrace bar; cocktails were great!

Perfect location for touring Copenhagen and for transport to the airport by subway train. The staff was courteous and friendly.
Didn't realize we needed to request room cleaning by 11 pm nightly which was noted on a card received at check in. As a result we didn't have any cleaning service for our 4 night stay. Our issue. Just a word of advice for future travelers. Also there was no way to turn on one of the bathroom lights without turning on the lights in the room. Inconvenient if one person is sleeping.

It wasn’t clean, the trash were full and I don’t know about the sheets if it was clean or not. Room service is upon request and in the morning only.

The staff were great, everybody was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the hotel was also great, a buffet with a wide range of good quality, tasty alternatives - we would really recommend it. We also enjoyed the Roof top bar, lovely on a summer's evening. The hotel was very well located, opposite a metro station and with a wide range of bars and restaurants close by.
Our room was small but no space was wasted and everything we needed was there.

Location is the best! Close to everywhere.
Amenities are not complete. I like the fact the bed can be adjusted but the mattress is not thick and didnt give enough support to my back. After the 3rd night, my back hurt from sleeping on the bed. It happened to my travel buddy as well.

Hotel do not provide kettle in the room and not enough space (table or bench) to put things. Room a bit small and the signboard of the hotel is small.

Very central location right next to subway but unfortunately extremely noisy Saturday night; music and partying going on well past 1 am in the neighborhood.
