Junior suite spacious room for family, I liked the 2 separate rooms, one for kids and one for parents. Also nice daylight with the large room windows.
A kettle in the room would have been helpful to have a hot drink. It was difficult to work the coffee machine.

The location was great, easy access to public transport, breakfast was amazing and very fresh. The bar with games is really in the evening as well although pricey.
The pillows are abhorrently horrendous, they’re so flat, you wake up with neck pain in the morning. They also don’t clean your room supposedly for environmental reasons although they still charge you a high price. Towels are also only replaced on request.

Excellent location. Staff are very helpful and the hotel is very clean.
There was only one very flat pillow provided - but staff were very accommodating when we asked for more pillows.

The rooms were clean
Hard to belive there are 5* reviews for this hotel. Arrived and the lobby is lively, beautifully decorated and looks promising for the hotel - but it all goes downhill from there!
The room was very small. They have almost no useful furniture. No wardrobe, just a rail. No side table. No drawers. Nowhere to put any belongings. So my underwear was kept on the TV stand!
The linen was old. The pillow was the size of a scatter cushion & lumpy foam. Our king size bed had 2 single duvets with badly fitted covers.
We had to get ready for a wedding and there is almost no space around the bed. 1 small window opened to look directly into a school.
After the wedding, we got into bed at 1pm and had blasting music from nearby until 3am.
Definitely do not recommend.

Ultra modern but cozy Scandinavian chic in the heart of the trendy meat-packing district, 15 mins from Central Station, 20 mins from the city centre. The rooms are smallish but well designed - the bathroom especially so - and beds are comfortable. The star is breakfast .... scandi buffet with extraordinary range and quality ... you could spend your whole trip at breakfast here!
To be honest everything is spot on at this hotel. Rooms maybe small for a longer stay but well laid out. We walked a lot but metro and buses nearby. And of course city bikes everywhere. There's a great walk along new quays nearby. And a host of terrific restaurants literally round the corner. Recommend Chikky Grill for budget basic Danish favourites.

I liked the location, the staff is helpful, and the breakfast is very good. The room is a good size, and the bathroom is comfortable.
There are no toiletries—no shower cap or disposable slippers (not even available for purchase at reception). Cleanliness leaves something to be desired—the windows were dirty, and the coffee cups had not been washed.
