Facilities were good.
Room was very tight. You need to request room tidy/clean. When I did, it didn’t happen. Coffee from machine in foyer €5.

Location, breakfast, amenities were top notch.
Staff were incredibly helpful. My luggage was delayed from the airport and they helped to take the delivery of the luggage and call me when it arrived.

The location was very good and reasonably accessible for public transport.
My back was sore after waking up each morning and we had to pay to get early access to our room, if the room was available I would not expect to pay to get in early, the other option was to pay to use secure storage.

I could wish the sleeping pillow was larger, and it would be nice to have a shoehorn in the room. No choice of fish for breakfast.

The location of the hotel is perfect. So walkable to the main sights and the meatpacking district is right there. The room was compact but very comfortable and clean. The entrance is very cool and all round good vibes. It also felt like a good price for a stay in Copenhagen.
