It's noisy, we had to leave the windows open because it gets worm in the room. There is a school nearby and the kids are very noisy. The street too.

Overall the property is clean and located in a good area not too far from town center.
A huge drawback is an open to all guests luggage storage room that take no responsibility for. Not at the standard of a four star hotel I’d say. Also no in room phone or like towel requests etc. You must go downstairs for everything.

Great location with decent size rooms and friendly staff.
The cleanliness of the rooms could be better, the sheets were stained when I arrived and the shower walls had hairs from the previous guests. The noise levels can be high as you hear slamming door and what I assume to be people running in the corridors or room above.

Location, breakfast, amenities were top notch.
Staff were incredibly helpful. My luggage was delayed from the airport and they helped to take the delivery of the luggage and call me when it arrived.

So clean, loved the shower and bed. Perfect location to take city metro! Only went with a lower score because our door sensor stopped working and caused us to wait around the hotel missing out on activities. No real apology or consideration for our time. Also front desk was fine but not great.

Central but also in quite a new hip area where the meat packing area had been reinvented with cars and resultants.
Clean, spacious and superb breakfast option.
Where our room was on the 4th floor, the mechanisms of the lift could be heard very loudly through the wall! This was from early morning - late at night. Luckily we were out and about most of the time but it did wake us early.
Also, we arrived very tired around noon and it was raining. As our 4 night stay came to over £1000 with we felt it was not good customer service and a bit mean spirited to charge us an extra £20 for an early check in. Presumably they had rooms that were ready, so this charge could be wavered.

Very friendly, genuinely welcoming, staff throughout - although we didn’t have any extraordinary touchpoint or requests.
Nothing to dislike! We only stayed for 1 night and were in Copenhagen for 12hrs but the accommodation was just right for our needs.

Location and some of staff are nice
This time I’m so disappointed with cleaning I was asking if they can change and clean my room any time because I got some thing on my skin and i can’t sleep just to ask nicely if can change bed clothes but no one come and do even the next day . I’m so disappointed
