The view was excellent and it was very convenient to the train station. The beds were comfortable.
The room was not ready when we arrived. And checking again at 4pm it was still not ready. We had to wait for about 40 minutes as the cleaners were still working on the room. After they are done when we walked in the room still smelled like dirty mop. It was not a pleasant smell. The floors were not thoroughly cleaned as you can see streaks.

The location was great. Near many shops and restaurants. Near the main shopping street, about 15-20 minutes walk. The staff in the reception were really helpful everytime we had a question about where to find somethig, like a convenient store etc.
We stayed in the family room. The sofa bed was abit uncomfortable. I could feel the springs under the mattress. There was no phone to call down to the reception and no refrigerator. We stayed there from friday to monday. We were informed that breakfast was between 6.30-1030 am but was not informed that breakfats had different opening hours on weekdays they close breakfast 9.30. We arrived at the breakfast around 9.45 and was informed they had already closed. But they were really accommodating got us food that we could eat in the lobby. Shout out to Ann who got us the food so we could eat. One thing we also were not informed about was that if you want your room cleaned you have to book this through a website. We only saw this small note on the table the day we left, which was covered by our kids things. So our room was full of trash. I have never experienced this in other hotels. So beware of this if you want your room cleaned.

The room was so good, we didn't pay the breakfast but the food in general was so good too.We went there for the conference and everything was perfect.
There wasn't anything that I didn't like. I had so much fun and it was a great experience for me.I can't say anything else.I loved it.

Very limited option. No fresh juices or smoothies. No omelets.
The price doesn’t reflect the services you are providing. We had to upgrade the room as the two twin beds were in awkward position that one person has to go over the other person to get down. Bathroom door has so much wear and tear. The price we paid we can get like much better hotel.

The location is close to public transport, as well as walking distance from several areas of interest.
The room was not properly cleaned upon our arrival: dust under the bed, as well as between the desk and the sofa bed. Not cleaning everyday unless requested is the right idea, but sleepers should be provided. The toppers on the beds and the pillows are not the most comfortable.

The room was clean and everything worked. It really did accommodate 4 of us comfortably. The staff we interacted with were very nice and helpful.
It was a bit of a walk to the nearest Metro station, which was our transportation of choice.

The location was perfect. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a big surprise- so much available.
The pillows could be more supportive. They were very small and soft. Apart from that, nothing. we didn't like.
