Location and breakfast buffet
No place to hang up towels, gym was run down and dirty, indoor bike didn’t work. Toilet broken in our room and we had to change rooms. Rental bikes very expensive for quality. We were not allowed to eat take away food in the lobby and not enough room to eat comfortably in our room.

Check in is self-service, and it is very easy to follow. The location is wonderful and stuff is great.
Wifi was really bad. Our room was on the 2nd floor and it rarely worked. For someone who works while travel (like me), it was very inconvenient. But overall grade is 10, I would recommend it anyone.

Location is excellent- to city sites and airport Clean, friendly receptionist however, shower are is and room itself is extremely tiny for its value for money, the shower is extremely slow I think it is very expensive for what it is....

Great hotel. Very clean and good location. The rooms were a decent size. There was also a children’s play room which was great whilst we were waiting for our late flight as it was cold out!
The only thing that let this down for me was the mayhem at the breakfast buffet. The breakfast in itself was fantastic but the room was manic. Too many people trying to get breakfast at once and no help off staff to find a table. We had two small children with us and we struggled to find a table. We eventually sat at a dirty table and we waited for someone to collect the dirty plates but in the end my husband did it! I then couldn’t find any staff member to give it a quick wipe over. A bit of help finding a table, especially with having a 1yr old with us would have been a big help as it ended up a very stressful breakfast time.
