The kids loved the breakfast, the view from our room and the separate lift to the 18th floor. We loved the location and clean+spacey bathroom. And the coffee!
We had a very expensive family room, which in the pictures show different examples of full bed + sleeping couch in separated by a partial wall. Instead we had two rooms separated by a full wall, a real couch and two fold out beds. This is en theory even better, but it did mean that the "loving room" was so crowded that we couldn't really access the cupboards without moving things around. Not a big issue for a two night stay, would have been a problem for longer stays. But apart from that, the room was much more luxurious and nicer than expected, so we did not complain.

Modern hotel with friendly staff, large well designed clean and comfortable room. The breakfast was also really good.
Bathroom door was a swinging glass partition that offered very little privacy (not ideal for friends travelling together) and no walk in shower. Hotel was very busy and often had a long wait for a lift with space.

We appreciated our upgrade (due to unavailability of standard rooms in the price bracket we had booked). The view was great as was the window seat. Liked being able to make hot drinks.
A small fridge would have been appreciated.

Staff were mostly unable or unwilling to assist Only 2 separate beds even though booked for 2 single beds and sofa bed . Minimal coffee and tea. Only cups for 2 people though 3 were booked and paid No fridge Lift was very slow and packed with people most times. Air con in halls very poor. Entry and front very poor visually

Fin lokasjon med kort vei til det meste, mye er tilrettelagt for familier. Aircondition på rommene som var viktig i 27+ grader. God frokost med mye utvalg til ungene.
Aircondition på første rom funket ikke så vi fikk byttet, der var sofaen helt ødelagt som ikke var mulig i sitte i. For våres del skulle den brukes til å sove i så gjorde ikke for mye for oss. Men da den ikke var oppredd så ga vi varsel om dette før vi gikk ut. Etter en tur ute på timer så var den enda ikke oppredd. Vi gikk ned å klaget igjen og da ble den omsider oppredd. Propp i badekar var vekke så vi måtte ned igjen for å be om en ny.

The location and view from our room was great. My kids loved the little shop for chocolate.
Compared to other Scandic hotels this one wasn’t as great. The room felt a bit dated and the bathroom sink would be better with something larger to put your things on. A mini fridge would have also been useful. The lifts broke and the staff let us up but there was no way to get up or down without contacting staff for the fire stairs which made one of my kids anxious. We also had dinner in the hotel and it took aaages for our food to come and linger for our drinks.

Good location, modern room, nice staff for check-in. Nice bathroom with good water pressure.
Busy hotel, expensive for what it is, chaos at breakfast and queues at lifts, bed not comfortable. The environment statement about cleaning is a joke. I get it if you don't need clear towels leave them hanging, but they changed it anyway every day, and ask if you want arrange cleaning yourself? Seriously, I pay 1600DDK per night I want cleaning everyday that's is why I don't chose airbnb. No, napkins in room, no towel for the floor. They blocked my card at 9.30 even if check out was 12. No fridge in room.
