The location was very convenient, close to public transportation and within easy reach of the city center. The breakfast had a good variety of options, and the bathroom was bright and pleasant thanks to the natural light. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a nice trip.
The hotel does not have an elevator, which can be difficult if you are traveling with heavy luggage. I had to carry my 30 kg suitcase upstairs myself. I was also uncomfortable when a staff member unlocked and opened our room door without knocking shortly after we checked in. It made me feel that my privacy was not respected.
The room was quite small and not very practical for two people traveling with large suitcases.

The breakfast was good with a nice selection. The location was excellent.
There room was a bit small and only had 1 chair to sit in. The steps (we were on the 4th floor) were very challenging! My husband has mobility issues and while he carried one suitcase up another clustomer came along and helped him while I managed to get 2 suitcases up. I was exhausted. Even going down with the luggage when leaving was very tiresome. Now we are 74 and 82 years old so probably to be expected, but I wasn't expecting that there wasn't an elevator or assistance.

Very close to everything and convenient for transportation. The staff were kind and helpful. Everything was very clean.
The room was even smaller than expected from photos and was very stuffy.

I travelled alone and, overall, the hotel was really good. My room had a private bathroom and it was very clean and comfortable.
The location is excellent: less than one block from the metro and close to the Central Station and Tivoli Gardens.
The only downsides were the lack of an elevator and the soundproofing.
I already knew there was no elevator, so it wasn’t an issue for me, but it’s definitely something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with heavy luggage.
Also, my room was right next to the stairs, so I could hear people passing by, as well as some noise from the street.

Very close to the train and subway stations. It only takes 3 mins from the train station to the hotel. The building and room are newly renovated and clean.
The room is pretty small. We booked double room, and it’s literally two single beds with a desk. Too small to open two luggages at the same time. Also there’s no lift, you have to carry your luggages from the ground floor to your room floor (room to be assigned at the check-in counter). Luggage storage is not free of charge, you have to pay for it, but it’s still cheaper than the lockers offered by the train station.

The location is prime time. Right next to central station and the metro and great part of town to enjoy your time in Copenhagen.
No A/C in my room. I wasn't dying but it did get hot a couple days and it was hard to stay asleep. Also, it is quite loud around 6am-8am. Trash and loud dumpster sounds coming from the street. Also, please take note. I was just checking out and I asked the front desk to hold my bags for maybe an hour or two while I went to get breakfast...the lady said sure that will be 40 DK. I was honestly in disbelief. Having been to 55 countries and over 300 cities around the world, I've never ever been told I would be charged to to hold my bags. The principal alone gave me a sour taste. I was a paying guest for 5 nights! Beyond ridiculous. So I said no thanks and walked to the breakfast spot with my bags. Yeah. Thanks for that.
Side note. The cleaning lady was super friendly, thank you.

The receptionist was friendly. It's close to a metro station.
The room is small - 10-12sqm maybe. There is no closet for clothes/luggage.
The location is a bit shady. A lot of drunk people during the night that make quite a lot of noise.
Too expensive.

The location is fantastic, super easy to get to from the center or airport, the neighborhood is very nice and it’s definitely good value for the money. We arrived late night and the staff was very professional and kind. Check-in was very fast snd easy. We really liked the room, it was very clean and beds very comfortable. We knew upfront the bathroom is shared so no problem at all. We arrived late and were going to leave early too due to an early flight. The problem started around 3 a.m. when apparently drunk youngsters arrived, woke up all hotel and then tried to literally killed themselves in their room right above us. We did not have energy to get up and talk to them and hoped that someone from the staff would step in because they were so loud it was impossible they did not wake up everyone. I understand this happens but would have appreciated if someone from the staff at least recognized it was a problem. Therefore I don’t recommend this hotel if you really need to get the sleep or stay for longer, it was obvious these things might be happening there regularly. Other than that, would have nothing else to complain about.
