Location is great, good buffet breakfast.close to the central train station.
Rooms are quite noisy facing the main roads..lighting is not great and the mattress is just a topper not a proper one..too soft to sleep on.

There’s non stop water running sounds in the room, literally not even stop for one second. Very annoying and bothering. It’s impossible to sleep without earplugs in your ears the whole night. Crazy

The location was great, things were modern and the hotel felt fresh and colourful. The staff were lovely, the breakfast was lovely and the room layout worked well with our kids on the sofa bed.
VERY NOISY AND HOT. I review every place I book before locking anything in. A few people mentioned noise from the elevators however we battled the noise from the street. All. Night. Long. The room was so hot that we had to open a window which meant we heard more noise from the streets. Cars, people talking and singing loudly at 2am and not just once, every night. They did provide ear plugs which tells me they know this is an issue... so why not invest in double glazing or sound proofing?! Or maybe don't over heat the rooms so much we are forced to open a window. Even with the window closed the street noise was an issue. If the noise wasnt an issue, this hotel would be have been amazing. I wouldnt book here again unless I knew we were not facing the street. The beds were too soft for our liking but id rather too soft than too hard.

The bed was comfortable, the staff were polite and its in a great location.
The shower screen doesn't really do anything and the water ends up covering the whole bathroom floor.
The walls are very thin you can hear the guests in the next room and everything out in the halls. Very noisy if you get put in a room next to excited children. Even though it was noisy, its a great location so would definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel with a great location, making it easy to explore the city. The breakfast was delicious, with a good selection of options. Everything was perfect, and we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

Hotel was clean and modern, the room was clean and cozy. The beds were very comfortable. Staff were helpful and let us keep our luggage in the storage room as we had a late flight.

We really enjoyed our stay at ProfilHotels Richmond! The location is great, right in the city centre, and most of the main attractions are within walking distance. Tivoli Gardens, Nyhavn and other popular sights are about a 15–20-minute walk away.
The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice and something for everyone. The rooms are on the small side, but perfectly fine for a good night's sleep, especially if you're planning to spend most of your time out exploring the city.
Overall, a lovely hotel in a great location, with fantastic breakfast. We would definitely recommend it for a city break in Copenhagen!

Wifi did not work at all. Wasn’t able to book tickets during our stay prior. Very inconvenient.
