Great breakfast buffet with a welcoming hostess! A nice selection of food and beverage to suit most everyone. Check in was efficient and desk clerk was professional and courteous.
Rooms are already dated and dirty. We knew the main room was small but the bathroom is tiny and inefficient. 2 chairs and an end table only take up valuable space. No effort to clean balcony space but so thankful for it for fresh air flow. Construction during our stay should have been compensated for as it was irritating. Kept awake by bass from Distortion concerts happening everywhere. Called front desk to ask how late concert might last and was told to "Google it".

Near train station
Not enough overhead lights, seems dark and no complimentary water nor coffee. Ac not cool enough and the hotel premises feels warm.

The location is very good, close to a park, the reception area is nice, the bikes are a nice facilitase for a good price
The cleaning at the bathroom (sink should be clean better - the pipe has a lot of dirty)

A very good location, close to city centre. Easy to find and walk to if you’re arriving by metro from the airport. And the breakfast was amazing, ginger shots were a lovely touch.

The staff was nice and helpful
The carpet was so dusty. There was a huge loud machine infront of the door and there were a lot of noise.

The breakfast was wonderful. The staff were friendly. The location was good.
The room was tiny, hot and stuffy. We had to have the door to the balcony open all night which only helped a bit. The beds were uncomfortably soft. The bathroom had mould and was lacking ventilation.
