Suite is a great size room for the area. Don’t feel like you’re on top of everyone.
Doors and window are only way to air and cool room, both of which are on a shared balcony with no way to keep others from wondering by and entering if they choose. Maybe segment off each rooms outside space with metal bars? Only one mirror (very small). Open space could be utilized better with shelves or table/chairs.

The room was clean and the breakfast was very very good. I loved the bread selection and butter, especially. The location is also great. You can walk from the central station or just take a train for one stop.
The room was a little bit too small for two friends. Maybe a couple sharing luggage may feel more comfortable. There wasn't enough room to open two cabin-sized suitcases. The bathroom is also a little bit too small. The sink doesn't fully cover the area under you when you wash your face. Getting into the shower was also tricky. You need to fully open two wings that were restricted by the toilet and sink. It was like playing a puzzle game.

The location was very good - close to bus stops and train stations.
The staff at front desk and dining room were very nice and helpful
No AC and it was hot.
No phone in the rooms! You have to go to the front desk every time you need help. Housekeeping would not change towels or clean the bathroom.

The front staff was friendly, helpful, cheerful, and attentive. The breakfast was done well and I liked the sign up sheet for it. We travel a lot and that was a first time seeing it. With those positives said.. here are my concerns which I will consider if I ever rebook at this property: the mattresses were terrible. They felt like a birds nest with no support. We stayed in room 311, but family we were visiting with also staying at the hotel had similar beds and complained as well. I also did not enjoy having no AC in the rooms. It was too warm for a family of four in a small space. We opened the door, but then bugs came into the room in the evening. If you don’t sleep well (bad bed, overly warm room temp), then it is hard to have a good next day of travel or adventures because you’re too sore and too tired. I do not know if I would stay here again because bad sleep (bad bed, too warm) can ruin a trip. I also found hair from a previous guest, stains on the mattress, and crumbs in our bed which didn’t feel very good either. We were pleasantly surprised with the extra rollaway bed for our family of four.

Location, fantastic breakfast.
Tiny room, very tiny bathroom. The size of bathroom of just approx. 2.2 m2 is not what you would expect from a 3 star hotel. The bed is not comfortable. So, the room is not quite according 3 stars in Europe.

Breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of fresh options. The mattresses and beds were extremely comfortable, making for a restful night’s sleep. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Location also good. Recommended!
