We were lucky to get an upgrade to be on the view side of the building . I was prepared to pay for this but they gave it complimentary which was lovely.
Also the evening free wine was a nice touch.
Bit of a walk to town.
They need more staff like a concierge.

Location was very close to town , 20 mins walk to city or bus directly outside the door
Paying for tap water with my dinner I thought it was an absolute disgrace .. extremely cheeky should have been told therr is a cost
