The location of the hotel is good. District of museum is in walking distance. The view is good through window.
Equipment of the bath is poor. Water from the bath shower head is very little and uncomfortable. The floor of bath booth is slippery. There is no hand bar and rubber mat in the bath booth. It’s not safe to customers.

Breakfast is great; location is decent; off away from the city though
Windows are not cleaned and almost impossible to take a great picture of the city view; so what’s the point to have a nice building? Too complicated to make the lighting worked; would appreciate better written instructions; the air conditioning is locked and definitely not making a comfortable stay! :[
Shower door is only covering half the area; water is splashing out! People smoking in front of the hotel; not good! My room is near the elevators and I could hear the noise like a train going across! The window is not well sound proof; traffic noise can easily be heard!

The location is excellent, offering convenient access to both the center and the airport. It is perfectly situated for sightseeing, shopping, and transportation, making it an ideal choice for travelers.
Unfortunately, our stay was not comfortable. The hotel does not have air conditioning, which made the room very uncomfortable, especially during warm weather. Upon checkout, we were expected to carry our luggage from the room all the way outside the hotel ourselves, as no assistance was provided. Overall, the hotel service did not meet our expectations.

I loved the location and the room was lovely
We went to the restaurant for dinner as we were starving and exhausted. We sat and sat waiting for service. It was very understaffed. Once we finally were able to order and got our food nobody ever came back to see if we wanted another drink or something else.

7 minutes feom metro, quiet, safe, very big hotel
Good experience but I expected more from this chain, the hotels downstairs bathrooms were dirty, we had a room at a floor where there were some constructions, the room could have some improvements. The breakfast was not good, plain and low quality products.

Wonderful
We loved the view! There are very few tall buildings in Copenhagen, so it felt like a unique experience to gaze out at the city. The check-in process and staff are great, and the breakfast is delicious, with enough variety and culture. It's a bit out of the way to the main sights, but the walk to the city center is pleasant and convenient. Great first impression of Copenhagen.

Convenient location, close to the aiport and close to the city center. Well served by subway and bus.
I tend to feel that the Radisson chain used to be better. In some detials I got the feeling the maintenance fails to keep the hotel state-of-the-art. For example; One lift was out of oder the whole week of my stay, Some of the lift buttons did not work. There are only 2 restaurants in a 26-floor hotel. When one closed it was a complete chaos that not even the very friendly danish personnel could appropriatelly handle. We ended up grabbing our dinner from a gas station nearby. Some holes in the marble flooring/walls (where probably some previous fixtures/artwork used to be) were badly covered up. The decorate is dated.

The hotel is very good location and modern hotel rooms are very clean and good designed. I did not buy breakfast.
I liked everything except they can put dental kit and care supplies at the room because this is unacceptable for a quality brand like Radisson.In addition, when they came to clean my room, they didn't leave any clean towels, so I used my old towel.
