The hotel was very conveniently located in terms of vicinity to attractions and restaurants.
The room itself had issues. Very limited storage area. No drawers in the bedroom and very tiny closet. Absolutely no storage area in the bathroom for toiletries other than a small shelf above the sink. Very awkward to open up and access suitcases during our five-day stay. Fan/Air Conditioning was extremely noisy and staff was unable to do anything about addressing the issue. Also could not turn it off in an effort to not listen to the loud, high-pitched noise it was emitting.

Location, Concierge Kristian was excellent very helpful indeed
For a 5* labelled hotel and a costly Radisson - the mattresses were SAGGING - we got little sleep and lots of back pain. Manager kindly changed our room and upgraded to suite - mattress little better. But clearly mattresses after long use deteriorate and at least in this hotel need to be replaced!
Next stop was Radisson blu in Stockholm and thankfully good mattresses as should be expected

We booked two rooms at the Radisson Collection Copenhagen, and unfortunately, the experience was horrible from the moment we arrived. I genuinely cannot understand how this property is rated as a five-star hotel.
One of our rooms had an extremely strong smell of dog urine, to the point that it was unbearable. On top of that, there were spider webs on the AC grill, stains on the bed and floor, and the overall cleanliness of the room was completely unacceptable. Everything felt stained, dirty and poorly maintained.
We immediately asked to change rooms, hoping it was an isolated issue. Unfortunately, the replacement room was not much better. There were spiders in the room as soon as we walked in, and again, it did not feel clean or comfortable at all. At that point, we simply wanted to leave the hotel as soon as possible.
The location was also disappointing. Apart from Tivoli being nearby, I personally don’t think it is in one of the nicest or most convenient parts of Copenhagen, especially compared with the many better areas and hotel options available in the city.
The only positive part of my stay was the gym, which I did like. Unfortunately, that was nowhere near enough to make up for the condition of the rooms.
For a hotel presenting itself as five-star, the standard of cleanliness and maintenance was shocking. We came to Copenhagen expecting a comfortable stay and instead spent our time wanting to leave the hotel as quickly as possible. It genuinely affected and ruined part of our Copenhagen experience.
I would absolutely not stay here again, and based on our experience, I cannot recommend it.

The location is good, close to the railway station. The breakfast is also good with a lot of options.
There was a renovation ongoing and the entrance to the hotel was covered by construction structures. Therefore the lobby was very dark. We didn't receive any information about the renovation. Had we known, we might have booked another hotel.

High floor, away from elevator, corner room, clean, shower that isn't combined bath/shower, front desk employees are very kind and accommodating
The first day we were assigned a corner room facing the east side and the bathroom was hot already in early morning (these were especially hot days). We were baked in the bathroom and since there was not setup for air condition in the bathroom - it felt like a sauna :( Luckily they were able to move us to another corner room just facing west side this time so the hot morning sun was not an issue anymore.
Hotel is located in a very central place so it gets noisy until late at night.
