Location is great. Very close to main train station. Walking distance to centre as well as meat packing district. Right across the road to Tivoli Gardens. Hotel is a design classic. Beautiful interiors in lobby and room. Bathroom & Shower is great. Curtains are thick and block light. Bed is comfy. Service & staff are great. It is not cheap though but worth it as a treat
WiFi can be a bit patchy. Toilets after check-out are small. A bit expensive (but fair price)

Very good variety and selection at the restaurant. Friendly and professional staff in the restaurant. Secind room was pleasant and appropriate.
The checkin was very stressful. Room was fully pre-paid prior to arrival. Hotel required 50 kroner deposit for incidentals. I had a technical issue with my phone. Although same card was used minutes earlier to pay for taxi, my card couldn't be read by hotel card reader. I did not appreciate the lack of compassion and empathy for a sole, older female traveller. The incident was very stressful and spoilt my stay. I was "upgraded' to compensate for the checkin experience but was placed in a room on the 9th floor next to the elevator. I could not sleep because the elevator sounded like a train going through the room. I was then moved to a cleaner, quieter room.

Heritage hotel in the centre of Copenhagen..great location.Very comfortable.Plus point …its history and links to Jacobson danish design.Step back in time in Room 606 to the 1960s.Was fortunate Kristian showed me the room ..telling a story of the hotels history..very entertaining and knowledgeable…fascinating experience …a huge Thank you to him…excellent customer service.Like the TWA hotel at JFK a must for anyone with an interest in commercial air travel.Breakfast was very good .
Refurbishment taking place ,some noise disturbance even though notices said there would be no work at the weekend.This was very minimal though.

The Danish design, the location, the amazing city view from floor 15.
This is more like a 4 star hotel. They claim to have A/C, but it does not keep the room cool enough during hot weather, and it does not reach the toilet. The room was not very clean beyond the superficial surfaces, there is no light above the coffee machine, the spoons were dirty, the A/C filter had 3mm of dust and had to be replaced, there was a dog barking in the adjacent room, the soap was bad quality, the windows were dirty (construction work is not an excuse, we pay full price), full of dust and spider webs.
