Convenient location and good breakfast
Hotel blocks the deposit on the card and it appears like being charged twice for the room. It was unblocked only after 1 month with often inconsistent explanations provided in the meantime. Fine if these are the rules, but please announce this information in advance during the check in.
Ventilation system in the room is very loud and was waking me up all night.

Hotel is situated in beautiful Christainhaven. Lots of shops and nice cafes nearby. Within the walking distance to all attractions. Very good metro connection to the airport.
Vey good wi-fi connection, nice bar in the hotel.
I had to unplugged my fridge in the room - Under the small cupboard there was a lot of dust.
Apart from it the room was perfectly clean.
More good quality veggies for breakfast would be great.

Clean and modern with very friendly and helpful staff in every aspect. Great breakfast buffet. Enjoyed the roof top bar. Views from below.
