Location and the common areas are great.
I had a late check-in due to a flight delay, but the self check-in process was straightforward and easy to manage on my own.
Unfortunately, my experience with the room itself was disappointing. I stayed in room 150.3, and the bed had a very bad smell. Because it was late at night and the facility is entirely self-managed with no staff on-site, there was no way to report or resolve the issue at the time.
Additionally, accommodating 4 beds in such a super tiny room made the space feel extremely cramped, and there was simply not enough air circulation for a room of that size.
I hope the management addresses the bedding freshness and ventilation issues for future guests.

The common room facilities were great. Beds were comfortable. Very convenient to train station. We were able to check in early. Breakfast was a good value although choices were limited. Room was warm so we appreciated the air conditioning.
The room was really small for 4 people. We only had carry on size bags but we almost couldn’t fit them in the room and room lockers didn’t work well. The shower got water all over the floor. We each only had one small towel which wasn’t refreshed during our 3 night stay so we couldn’t use it to dry the floor. The hairdryer over heated after about 5 minutes of use (could only dry half of head of short hair) and required 10-15 minutes of cooldown before it could be used again. There aren’t enough elevators.

Very central. Good vibe. Lots available re: food/drink/amusements
A little chaotic…always lots of activity and loud with many voices. Need a lock to secure belongings which I didn’t know about. Need to trust those who share your room. Fortunately I had great roommates.

Location is excellent as very close to Versterbro as well as walking distance to city centre. It is a very new buidling, clean in all areas of the property. Although we haven't used the common areas, it seems that there is enough space to socialize and to do all sort of activities (some subject to payment). Bus for the airport (5C) leaves on the side of the hotel. We rent couple of bikes and price was cheaper than shops around, 125 nok each. We weren't impressed with the staff at the beginning but towards the end we had a good service.
The rooms are very small, leaving no space to open luggage or walk comfortably. The bed is tightly wedged against the wall, meaning one person must climb over the other to reach the bathroom. Additionally, the sliding bathroom door offers zero privacy, and noise from the bathroom is easily heard from the bed. write better there is a 20 nok charge to use the kitchen. i am aware that it is specified in the website but it is the first time that an hostel charges for the use of the kitchen. There was also some confusion regarding the free bike offer for staying over 4 nights. The first day bikes were not available and staff was unable to advise if the following day there would be any available (luckly we did but one bike only is free of charge)

Great energy, common areas are all excellent. Rooms are compact but efficient and pleasant.
There was a cinema but nothing happening which was disappointing as we were there for a 5 days...

Small room but well divided. We rented the entire room for the family. I had difficulty checking in and finding someone to help with that late in the evening was a challenge.
