Wonderful
Modern hotel, comfortable room and bed, helpful staff. Plentiful breakfast choices. Overall good value and good choice for visiting the city,
A little way out the city center, but city center easy to reach with public transportation. Few dining choices in the immediate area, but great little Asian restaurant close to the hotel (Woo Wok)

Pleasant
The staff at the reception and bar were really hospitable. They went out of their way to take care of the guests.
The location is slightly outside the city centre, but really good public transport is within a few minutes' walk and takes you to Copenhagen Central Station every 10 minutes.
In the room, you could open the window for fresh air. You are not only dependent on air conditioning.
The room is really bare-bones. There is no seating, no safe and the bathroom makes you feel like you're in a Boeing 737 bathroom. The water pressure is good, but the rooms are not really properly cleaned. The waste in the sink has an unpleasant odour.

Wonderful
It was from the city. There was not a lot a food options nearby. The breakfast area was super uncomfortable. It was top expensive for the value.

Exceptional
From our first steps into the property we were greeted by helpful staff and very chic surroundings. The room was wonderful, breakfast was a delight. Welcome drink lovely.
Just a bit away from inner city, however good transit very close and Uber/taxi plentiful.
