We really liked the location and the facilities. The property was clean, comfortable. Everything was in good condition and we felt very comfortable during our stay.

Friendly staff, good location, nice breakfast. Rooms are modern and comfortable.
Upon check-in, we were informed that cleaning is carried out for an additional fee! And you need to notify them in advance! And this is despite the fact that the price of the room is more than 200 euros per night! That is, they won’t even take out the trash from your room. There are too few elevators (only three! plus, one broke down and wasn’t fixed within two days) for such a large hotel; we were constantly standing in line to go up to our room or down to the ground floor! Restaurant where breakfast was served also far too small.

The location, really close to Tivoli, as well as the main shopping district. The rooms are great and very clean despite the price tag of about 1100,75 dkk pr. person. Things such as hand soap, hair and body wash as well as moisturiser (or lotion) was free to use.
The elevators are a bit sketchy due to their noticeable size as well as the doors taking quite some time to open after reaching your floor.

When the power went out and i told the reception they fixed it fast.
Entrance door broken so we had to leave through the backdoor, the internet in the room was not working so no tv either. And to top it off the power went out in our room, just luck that i was awake and could report it.
