The design and style.
* Room: Executive Junior Room
* Overall: Did not meet expectations for this room category.
* Cleanliness (5/10): Appeared clean at first glance but lacked thorough cleaning. The toilet seat and lid had visible residue and required cleaning before use.
* Private Terrace: Poorly maintained, with visible mold and numerous cigarette butts. It was unusable during our stay.
* Bathroom Hygiene: Spare toilet paper was mounted too close to the toilet seat, creating an unhygienic impression.
* Amenities: Empty minibar with no complimentary water or information on whether tap water was safe to drink.
* Summary: Below the standard expected for an Executive Junior Room due to inadequate housekeeping, poor terrace maintenance, and lack of basic amenities.

Excellent location, delicious breakfast with a wide variety of choices, and very friendly staff. Complimentary water was available in the lobby, as well as an iron, ironing board, free Wi-Fi, and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Daily cleaning had to be asked for, and once the coffee sachets in the room were finished they were not replaced. Besides I booked 2 double rooms side by side and they weren't, even though they had consecutive numbers. Furthermore, the breakfast room was always overcrowded as it is too small for the number of people it has to accomodate.

The location was convenient. We were able to find convenient store, pharmacy, super markets, and public transportation easily. Closeness to Tivoli is a plus: We enjoyed a charming concert in Tivoli and walked back to hotel. We were also able to walk to the central station with our luggages. We had dinner at the restaurant on our first night: The restaurant was pretty good.
The linen doesn't seem to be clean. We have complained about the linen on the night of check-in. The front desk staff solved the problem by offer us another room. We changed room but even the linen in the new room doesn't smell clean/fresh.

It’s very central and easy to access
The breakfast should be included in the room rate and there should be an egg section with a chef offering various types of eggs and other foods like bacon/sausages et. - this would make more interesting - it’s quite boring owise

Friendly receptionists, but very poor housekeeping and amenities.
Unfortunately, we had several disappointing experiences during our stay:
Lack of basic amenities: No toothpaste or toothbrushes were provided. Additionally, the body lotion in our room was completely empty upon arrival.
Room facilities: The bathtub was extremely small—you cannot straighten your legs and have to sit awkwardly. The elevator is also very cramped.
AC and water quality: The air conditioner could not be adjusted to a warmer temperature, making the room uncomfortably cold. The tap water in the toilet also had a strange, unpleasant taste.
Poor housekeeping: We explicitly called to request room cleaning, but the housekeeper never came. Unlike other premium hotels that clean rooms automatically when guests leave, we had to beg for it, and it still wasn't done.
Misleading breakfast info: The receptionist told us that breakfast (frokost) was served until 12:30, but it turned out it only lasted until 10:00. This misinformation was very frustrating.
Rude check-out experience: Two hours before the official check-out time, the housekeeper knocked loudly and urgently on our door. We were fully aware that we had to leave before 12:00, so there was absolutely no reason for them to knock and disturb us. It made us feel rushed and was incredibly rude, especially since they couldn't bother to show up when we actually requested room cleaning earlier.
Lack of information: The reception staff did not inform us about practical hotel facilities like bike rentals.
