Charming place. Very conveniently located. Extremely nice staff. I do wish the review section of Booking.com just let you be concise instead of writing longer information. Makes you not want to leave a review.
It is typical of European hotel and does not have air conditioning in the rooms. Fortunately, it was cool enough in September to get amble breeze from the window so no complaints really.

Nice hotel, great staff, great location
The room was nice but small. Sadly carpeted even though picture of the room showed otherwise. Bathroom was extremely small (comparable to ship cabin bathrooms, shower and toilet basically in the same place, entire bathroom wet after shower, smallest sink) and not in the greatest shape. Shower head holder broken and not adjustable, bathroom generally could use a deepclean/ renovation). Defenitely not what i expected for the amount per night payed.

I don’t know the front desk clerk’s name, but he was so helpful and upgraded our room so easily! We observed him helping guests at your hotel as well as tourists stopping to ask questions. He’s definitely an asset to your hotel!!

The location is brilliant, staff are lovely and helpful and happy hour ( free drinks) is appreciated.
No hooks in bathroom, no shelf for shower products in shower, no electrical outlet near bed for charging phones etc. have to ask for shower cap etc.

Everything. Most of all the staff were all exceptional. Not one thing to say against this hotel and everything to praise. Perfect spot, clean light rooms and full of happy customers. Do not know how they did it. Heavy doors? No sound at all in the rooms. So peaceful.

Fab location, staff were so friendly and helpful, Cozy hour with complimentary drink is a very nice touch, our twin bedded room was large and comfortable
Addition of air conditioning for warm nights would definitely improve this hotel. Not TOO bad during our visit as heatwave had just ended, still a little warm in the room though. Minor points but very little milk provided for making hot drinks in the room and some body lotion in the bathroom would be a nice addition

Excellent location, very central and close to great restaurants. Staff were very friendly and super helpful with recommendations. Cosy Hour was a nice touch. The breakfast was great, with a wide selection.
Would have been good to have a mini fridge in the room

My room was a weird shape and above a kitchen that had food smells and noisy until 11 pm each night. I was too lazy to move but it wasn't an ideal room, especially at this rate per night.
