The property is bright and welcoming. The staff is amazing. The hotel is new and is technologically advanced. The best part is the staff is so good at hosting their visitors. From the concierge and parking greetings to the receptionists and restaurant staff -- every team member is courteous, professional, and caring

The most luxurious hotel we stayed at in our entire trip. Staff was young and very friendly and helpful. Kudos to the staff. We loved the greenery in the hotel lobby, bar, restaurant, and rooms. Breakfast was delicious. The restaurant was only so-so for dinner. The bar area was great. Location was great. We will highly recommend this hotel.
Restaurant for dinner could have been better. But there were plenty of nearby places to eat. Breakfast however was excellent.

The central location and the delicious breakfast are top! New, clean and safe hotel.
Queen room with balcony was smaler than expected. The distance between the bed and the window was so narrow to walk through. Waiting time for the lifts is an issue: too many rooms for just three lifts.

We had a wonderful stay at 1 Hotel Copenhagen. The hotel is beautifully designed with a warm, natural atmosphere that feels both luxurious and relaxing. Our suite was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. We also loved the thoughtful sustainability concept, the comfortable beds, and the excellent location, which made it easy to explore Copenhagen. It truly felt like a peaceful oasis in the middle of the city.

Bed was large and comfortable, Breakfast, HVAC - all good quality
Poor bathroom design led to water leaking out of shower onto bathroom floor. Shower door does not close tightly and shower drain is placed near the shower door, leading to predictable water leakage and potential safety hazard. Also "artwork" of moss placed over the toilet results in pieces of moss falling on person sitting on toilet. Also not enough flat horizontal surfaces to lay out our personal items.

Sustainability focus felt good, uniqueness of design of property, breakfast, staff, nice materiality in decor, one less thing program, in room coffee delicious, filtered room in water was so great to have. Perfect for first time visit to Copenhagen.
There isn’t enough closet space and too much seating. Would have liked more open closets and less behind doors. Too much “couch seating” for one room for two people, would have rather had a desk space or open closets for travelers.
