We had a wonderful stay at 1 Hotel Copenhagen. The hotel is beautifully designed with a warm, natural atmosphere that feels both luxurious and relaxing. Our suite was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. We also loved the thoughtful sustainability concept, the comfortable beds, and the excellent location, which made it easy to explore Copenhagen. It truly felt like a peaceful oasis in the middle of the city.

The hotel is in a great location, lovley interiors. Nice staff from start to finish. The coffee in the lobby was great and a good place to work and have informal meetings.

Bed was large and comfortable, Breakfast, HVAC - all good quality
Poor bathroom design led to water leaking out of shower onto bathroom floor. Shower door does not close tightly and shower drain is placed near the shower door, leading to predictable water leakage and potential safety hazard. Also "artwork" of moss placed over the toilet results in pieces of moss falling on person sitting on toilet. Also not enough flat horizontal surfaces to lay out our personal items.

Sustainability focus felt good, uniqueness of design of property, breakfast, staff, nice materiality in decor, one less thing program, in room coffee delicious, filtered room in water was so great to have. Perfect for first time visit to Copenhagen.
There isn’t enough closet space and too much seating. Would have liked more open closets and less behind doors. Too much “couch seating” for one room for two people, would have rather had a desk space or open closets for travelers.

This is a really well located hotel for a weekend in Copenhagen - we were able to walk to everything that we wanted to see which was great. It is in a lovely part of town, MUCH nicer than some of the other hotels at this high end level which are in busier / more central locations. It is close to lots of lovely cafes and bars, especially if you head down towards the main river from the hotel. Very comfortable bed, good facilities in the room. We had an issue with our AC which the hotel were really good about trying to sort out, eventually they upgraded our room which was excellent service.
Our AC was VERY noisy but the hotel sorted us out with another room which was great.
