We have travelled quite a bit, but 1 Hotel Copenhagen is honestly the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The atmosphere and the whole style of the place feel as if they were made just for us – calm, natural, beautifully designed and genuinely cosy. A special thank you to Agustina at the front desk, who went above and beyond for us and made our stay truly personal. We loved it so much that we have decided to come back to Copenhagen at least once a year – and we already know where we will be staying.
Honestly, nothing – only that we had to leave.

Centrally located with easy access to Copenhagen city centre - all walkable. Everything available in the room which was very comfortable and tasteful- definitely Danish comfort. Excellent staff all very pleasant and professional.

One Hotel Copenhagen is beautifully decorated with a distinctly Danish feel and a lovely central bar area — we loved all the greenery throughout the bar and central spaces. The hotel has a very peaceful, serene feeling throughout. Our room had large windows with lovely light coming in and a view of the street. Breakfast was delicious, and the location is very central, making it easy to walk to and from everywhere.
Unfortunately, housekeeping was not great. Our room wasn't cleaned or tidied properly — it felt rushed. Used teacups from the previous day were simply placed back on the tray rather than washed, and the bed wasn't made neatly. We complained to housekeeping, but the same thing happened again the next day with the teacups, which was disappointing given how lovely the rest of the hotel was.
