Noise from trains is really bad on the track side, last train I heard was after 3 a.m., started again early the next morning, pointless staying here.

Pleasant
location was very good walking distance to city center, to the little marmade, next to metro station and the train station. Very good coffee, breakfast was good. Pedro the receptionist was very helpful when we had parking ticket which he cancelled as we had already paid the fee for the hotel parking.
no elevator, for people with knee problems and carrying bags. The plumbing had a problem water in the sink and toilet bol did not go fast, plus an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Be very careful if you come with your own car as you have to register it immediately to the reception otherwise you receive a ticket which is a lot of money 150 euros!!!! With closed windows the noise of the passing trains was bearble. Do not know the situation in hot days.

The hotel has a great location, just across the railway and metro station with 24/7 connections to all over Copenhagen. The room had a good size and was comfortable. There is quite some noise from the trains passing by, but it did not bother me. To my mind the room was very good value for the money!

The hotel has an excellent location.
Very Disappointing Experience Our check-in was scheduled for 3 PM, but we had to wait until 4 PM because the room was still being cleaned. When we finally entered the room, we found hair all over the floor and a dirty towel behind the bathroom door. There were also cobwebs in the room and, to make matters worse, the following day we found an actual spider on our pillow. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hotel’s cleaning standards. The room facilities were also extremely disappointing. There was no fridge in the room, the TV was not working, and the hairdryer only blew cold air. The lighting was very poor as well. The only available lighting was a hidden light near the bed, which was nowhere near sufficient to properly illuminate the room. The housekeeping service was extremely disappointing. After requesting that our room be cleaned, all they did was make the bed and empty the rubbish bins. They did not vacuum the floor or change the towels. When we went to reception to complain about the towels, the response we received was not satisfactory. Another major inconvenience is that the hotel has no elevator, meaning guests have to carry their own luggage up and down the stairs. This is particularly inconvenient when travelling with heavy suitcases. The breakfast experience was also disappointing. Guests are expected to collect their own plates, cutlery and other dishes and take them to a separate dishwashing area, where they have to sort everything themselves. It seems that the staff only takes care of washing the dishes. You can also hear trains passing by quite loudly. This personally did not bother me, but it is worth mentioning for other guests who may be sensitive to noise. Overall, despite its excellent location, the hotel falls seriously short in terms of cleanliness, room facilities, housekeeping and basic guest services. There are far too many issues that negatively affect the comfort and quality of the stay.

Location
The rooms on one side of the hotel are right next to the railroad tracks. There is less than 10m between the rooms’ windows and the tracks! And there are trains passing the whole night. Impossible to sleep with the whole bed and the room vibrating every few minutes throughout the night.

Good location and there’s a paid parking facility from the hotel in the back of the building. If you’re a good sleeper the train noise won’t be a problem.
Just 6/10 because of the lighting issue. It’s quite odd that the room doesn’t have any ceiling light or main lighting source. Except the entry hall, You have to depend on the ambient light strip along the curtain, two bedside lamps and one reading lamp near the TV. Unfortunately in our case the bedside lamps were not functioning and the staff couldn’t find a solution for us. Yet the bathroom is brightly lit with 3spot lights.
