Location, right by the Osterport station. Supermarket 100m away. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed, well organised room with tea/coffee making.
No lift. Difficult to hire a bicycle even when there were 7-8 outside the hotel which were unavailable.

Good location, it was easy to walk places.
We never received a code to check in or access our room. The bathroom flooded when showering. The wooden slats broke on the 3rd bed. It really wasn’t worth it to stay here in order to save a few dollars.

The hotel is very close to the historical center of Kopenhagen, so it's fast and easy to explore the city by foot, bike or metro. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. There was enough space to store our belongings. The bath room was clean and decent.
We took a hotel room on the other side of the hotel (so not right next to the rail tracks), but it was still hard to get used to the low frequency noise of the trains. The room was a bit hot due to the hot weather and lack of A/C. Above a certain temperature, it makes more sense to me to just lay a blanket on the bed iso of a duvet. The breakfast buffet was great for 1-2 days, but we stayed for 3 days and then the lack of variety of the not-so-big buffet is a pity.

It was a perfect central location. It was a very short walk to the metro as well so it is well connected. Everything was walking distance (we don’t mind walking) and I felt safe (traveled with two kids). I really enjoyed breakfast with my kids and all staff was very friendly.
I didn’t mind being next to the train station but light sleepers just note that trains run next to the hotel. We also did not have control over the room temp (that I could find)
