Location was tucked away in a quiet corner and just in front of a lake, perfect for morning jogs. Only a very pleasant 10 min walk to the Metro and the walk will pass by the torvehallerne food market.
Small miscommunication which led us to miss our taxi as we were waiting in the wrong place. But it was settled as the hotel staff called another taxi for us.

The breakfast was amazing, healthy, lovely selection, staff very helpful. The lobbies and grounds are nice and well kept.
Rooms very small, warm and outdated. Very basic, out bathroom was a washroom, had a cracked floor tile, which is very dangerous, rooms very stuffy, a fan provided but too noisey to leave on and windows couldn't be left open with the noisey and because they just flung open as no catches on them. No personal check in which is a little quicker, but no use when you have never visited before and cant find your room, dont have the details of the breakfast times etc. For the price of the hotel per night it wasn't what I was expecting. I know cophenhagan is expensive but rooms where not value for money more a 1 star room 4 star hotel

Convenient location. Not far from public transportation.
Staff was generally not friendly. Could use air conditioning for the hotter days. The provided fan was just not enough.

Wine on tap !! For cozy hour
No aircon in room so needed to sleep with window open - staff wheeling trollers across an outside area at 5am was very noisy !

Delightful hotel, within easy walking distance of the most sought after attractions, yet out of the way of the busy areas. Set back from the road, much quieter than some hotels in Copenhagen, and both the rooms and public areas are light, contemporary and well furbished.
Can't actually think of anything here. The room was on the small side, as expected, which meant there was nowhere to sit and work comfortably

Stunning interior design and amazing breakfast. All the staff were super friendly and chatty. Good location close to the metro.
No aircon in rooms but cooled off anyway in the evening.

Fabulous breakfast, with something for everyone, fabulous public spaces to chill in - both inside and outside, excellent location by the "inner lakes". The hotel is surrounded by top-quality restaurants and a spa. There's a free drink for all guests between 5 and 6 in the ample bar area and a lovely, calm social atmosphere. There is info about the surrounding sites made specially by the hotel and amenities at your doorstep like bike rental etc.
I really have nothing to complain about. Our room was pretty small for two people but perfectly comfortable!
