This is our second time at the hotel, we had a lovely time and we had a really nice room, the bed was so comfortable, linen and pillows were so comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. Nice reception area with comfortable bar and sofas around. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
The only thing was that there are no toilets near to the reception - just one toilet nearby for everyone, I felt there should be more as a couple of times when the toilet was being used I had to go back to my room to use that one.
We only had one breakfast at the hotel as we thought it was quite expensive per person for the breakfast.

Breakfast selection at the hotel was exceptional and the staff very attentive. Loved the design of the communal areas within the hotel. Location was great and just a short walk from the station. Our room was clean, stylish and had everything you needed, a little warm for me but a fan was provided.

Very nice breakfast with local products, also the location was easy, great service, easy check-in.Also we had every afternoon our drink at the lobby !
I couldn't think of anything negative about our stay, perhaps a small remark that the room didn't have a bathrobe and slippers, but it didn't affect us negatively, everything was perfect.

Perfect central location in a calm neighborhood. Close to Torvehallerne and Norreport which makes it convenient for commute and snacking.
Comfortable rooms, modern hotel with friendly staff.
Beds were only 140 cm wide and room a little small but nothing dramatic. That's just to be picky.

We were so impressed by this hotel! We knew it was in a great location, but didn’t realize it was also next to a beautiful lake, which provided a gorgeous view from our room. The interior of this hotel is stunning, it feels so aesthetic and luxurious but also cozy and inviting. I couldn’t get enough of all the little details. Our room was small, but so well appointed that it never felt cramped, and we really appreciated heated floors and heated towels in the bathroom. And breakfast! Made with the freshest, mostly organic seasonal ingredients daily, accompanied by freshly baked pastries and delicious cappuccinos and served in the tastefully decorated (and cozy!) dining room was our favorite way to start each day.

Hotel is large and in a great area. The communal area, bar and breakfast dining room (there's no restaurant) were very nice, as were all the staff we dealt with. Breakfast was great - but it gets busy at rush hour.
Room was very 'corporate' - a bit soulless, and the bathroom was very 70's with a shower curtain I've not seen the likes of since I was a student!

Location is superb, Breakfast: not applicable
Room is good except for shower. Glass doorS have gaps from top to bottom. Everytime we finished our shower, we stepped out in big puddle of water. I had asked reception desk to give me stacks of towels so I could place on the floor. The second person who took shower had to use SQUEEGEE to clean the water. If we had not done this, guarantee we would have accident. Recommend: plastic strips for shower doors

The public rooms were very utilitarian, and not particularly comfortable. The range of drinks in the bar area were very limited for a hotel of this size.

Great location, beautiful design, warm athosphere and kind stuff
It was an amazing stay, we would return.
Only one minor thing to mention is that the kids found that the couch bed wasnt very confortable for them. Other than that great stay.
