It is beautiful. Bathroom, sleep, quiet, excellent. Location good for sights, eating and walking. Do cozy hour during the week.
The housekeeping, and the staff always rotating. Not clear on the bicycle rental charges, but a good cycle zone, equipment and advice. It would be nice if they found the missing tee shirt or reimbursed me as promised. Room hot.

The whole hotel had a beautiful, calm, and welcoming vibe. The wooden interiors and windows everywhere made every room feel light and cosy, with the communal areas especially welcoming.

The service was exceptional. The decor was beautiful and the rooms were very coming. The location was perfect for our needs. I really liked having staff available to talk to. They were very kind, friendly and helpful, particularly Celine (or Cecelia?). She checked us in and was working the morning we checked out on September 4th. We loved being able to check in early for a reasonable cost and being able to stay in the lounge until it was time to go to the airport. Thank you, we would love to return one day.

Spent 3 nights here after 2 long haul flights from NZ. We had one of the attic rooms on the 4th floor so the windows were high, with a glimpse through to the lake. building construction and roadworks on the main road meant it was noisy first thing but this will be only temporary. The public areas were very relaxed with a chic stylish feel. We loved the happy hour free drinks, a chance to mingle with other guests from far and wide. Also the breakfast restaurant, well set out and large. The food was so delicious and we liked the sound of birdsong as you walked through the self serve area.

I enjoyed the separate sitting spaces both indoors and outdoors. My room was nice and quiet overlooking a courtyard. It was great that they had a fan in my room too. The staff was friendly and helpful and their breakfast was amazing.

Great buffet and handmade coffee by your choice. A plus for being offered a tray to bring to my room or to sit outside. Very service minded staff.

Great that you can get a handmade coffee of your choice. Didn't miss a thing from the buffet and its was nice to be able to get a tray to take your room or sitting outside. Extremely nice staff.
I have no complains. But, it would be nice if the bar played some soft lounge music. Music always makes one to enjoy ones cocktail even more. Very skilled bartenders.

Very small room and the bathroom wasn’t great with water going everywhere due to bad design. The room was so small that we could hardly shut the entrance door as it hit the bed
