Right on the water, creating beautiful views. Can see the "reflecting wall" of the museum across the water. Nice breakfast provided with tables on the roof to look around the area and over the bay. Really great views. The owners/staff (Henrik +) were very helpful and right there to help with any issues. They are friendly and accommodating.

the view, the simplicity of it was wonderful. My wife LOVED how clean it was.
we really didn't like anything. What could be better is air conditioning. Not because it was needed, but because of the noise when our windows were open. we don't mind noise, but when it is 3AM and young people have drank too much, they become a bit loud! :)

Nice property, nice views, great location. Unique stay on a boat. Breakfast looked good although we didn’t have time to eat since we were meeting someone. We brought ear plugs just in case it would be loud, but it was not. We were only there one night. I would stay there again.

Absolutely stunning view of the river and the City.
The room felt spacious even though it was a small space.
I liked that the TV was hidden in the cabinet. Beds were comfy.
It's right next to a very busy and noisy road/Bridge.
Due to limited space the breakfast options were not as grand as you might typically find at a European Hotel.

Our stay at CPH Living was a highlight of our trip. It is a one-of-a-kind boat hotel on a converted barge with a perfect location near the city center. The rooms are clean, modern, and embody that cozy "hygge" feeling with an incredible view of the water.
The gentle rocking of the boat was barely noticeable, yet it gave us some of the best sleep of our entire Europe trip— even adults respond to the subconscious need to be rocked to sleep! Rose was a welcoming and friendly host, and we loved the 24-hour access to the fancy coffee machine and the fresh continental breakfast. Being within walking distance of the both the City Center and scenic Christianshavn was the cherry on top. A must-stay for anyone visiting Copenhagen!
The room was a bit humid, our pre-bed shower and sleep-breathing had the window wall completely fogged in the morning against the cooler outdoor spring temperature. Could benefit from a de-humidifier.

This property is actually a floating hotel and had only a few rooms. The location was within walking distance of Copenhagen's major tourist traps. Breakfast was not fancy, but included cereals, fruit, yogurt, breads, and beverages. The owner was on-sight, friendly, and helpful. The room was small, but clean and comfortable.

Location: on the water, close to lots of great Copenhagen experiences (walk or bike anywhere). Hosts were outstanding.
Shower: little pressure, not terribly hot, rain-style showerhead got my head wet only.

As a boat on the waterfront, the location is incomparable to anything else. What made it perfect overall is the host – he is incredible friendly and helpful. On top of that, the logistics of everything was smooth and easy. 10/10.

the property surely exceeded my expectations! the owner s a very charming, customer-oriented professional. the tooms was spacious, the view was spectacular and you are literally on the water. breakfast was simple - but you have everything you need for a quick breakfast, the type i prefer. the vending machine wth drinks and snacks available 24/7, and coffee/tea are free of charge throghout your stay. location is central. the owner will let you check in early if your room is ready and you can keep your luggage after checking out - no problem! i have discovered a place to stay for my next trip to CPH! thank you!!!
