Great location! A 10 minute walk from the central train station, very convenient from the airport, good, central location for walking around the city. Great breakfast buffet. Staff friendly and helpful.
Room was nice and comfortable, but not particularly cozy or a place you wanted to spend much time, light on a few amenities: no temperature control, need to request tea pot, no refrigerator for storing drinks. Next time we go, we would probably look for somewhere else to stay given the price.

The room we had on the second day was perfect. We love the cafe/bar and courtyard and the location is superb.
The room on the first day was really not nice at all(219) packed behind a ton of cleaning trolleys. But the super friendly staff moved us for the second night and it was perfect!! The food options could be a bit better.

Love this hotel. I book it every time I'm in Copenhagen for work, as it's very cosy and has a great breakfast. The location is also good and the hotel staff is friendly.

Boutique neighbourhood, luxurious homely feel, cosy cafe and courtyard, tasteful decoration, beautifully apportioned rooms, very comfortable bed and ensuite, very helpful staff, proximity to shops and restaurants.
Everything was great. The elevator was a little temperamental but the stairs had a great view of the cute courtyard, especially at night
