Close to attractions in downtown Copenhagen
Very dated but it is an old hotel
The front desk girl was not helpful and was almost rude. It may have been the language barrier but she never once smiled. The hotel said just ask us for restaurant recommendations but when I asked her she just pointed out the door and I said “Oh I should just wander around “ and she said yes. Not very welcoming

The location just next to the train station was very convenient. Reading a bit about the history was also interesting and we liked the original features. The bed was comfortable and the room contained a spacious wardrobe with shelves. Other amenities included a TV, hairdryer and fan. The shower was sufficiently powerful with hot water. Soap was provided in separate large bottles in the shower and sink. WiFi worked without any issue. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a selection of hot (scrambled/boiled eggs, bacon, meatballs, pancakes) and cold (bread/rolls, meat/cheese slices, salad items, cereals, yoghurt, fruit, jams, small pastries) items plus juices, pre-made smoothies and a hot drinks machine. It was served between 06:30-10:00 on week days and starting/finishing an hour later on the weekend. Bags could be stored in a locked room using an app to gain access.
The front door is understandably locked for the night at 10pm and as new guests trying to check in, it took a while for someone to come to let us in. Not the most ideal environment in which to be standing in the dark after midnight.

The location by the train station was so convenient. If you are looking for something with a historical bent and close to the city centre, this is good.
I don’t know if I was expecting it to be quite so old but it is clean and once I adjusted to it, I appreciated the history with train conductors and so on.

Easy access to Town near Train station.
Basic but clean hotel with Profedsional staff.
Outside of Hotel off putting although built rim early 20 century with historical connections to The Station the Render and grey colour makes it appear sad and unloved the render should be change and colour applied..
Inside Hotel little tired reuse the Wood but update.

Very old fashioned hotel and reception area very dark. Noisy due to room overlooking railway station. No information of the area in room.

Location is great, just next to Central ststion;
Older, historic hotel. Nice, clean but needs an update.
Breakfaat was excellent!
Rooms are small, bathrooms too. No bathmat! Soap was almostcempty, we had to ask for refill!

The Hotel is located in the heart of the city, very near to Train Station, City Hall, Tivoli Garden and easy to get around.
The Staff was so helpful and the Hotel is clean.
