The location was excellent. Walkable to station and to Tivoli. Short walk to sight seeing buses. All staff were very pleasant and smiling.
Room was a bit small. Door handle and bathroom rail were loose. Not a big deal - just had to mention.

The location is excellent, this time as a tourist.
We were not aware of this "green" entanglement, such as not having the towels changed unless asked for the day before. That is completely unusual and unconvenient. The bathroom needs some make-up. Price for a stay is relatively high, as this is somewhere between a 2-star and a 3-star hotel; unless the location is everything.

The evening front desk clerk , young lady, she was amazing , she spoke great English, her customer service was amazing, I would go back to this property just for her. of course the location was great for, this visit and that is why I picked it.

Comfortable room, very good location. Really friendly helpful staff. Tea/coffee available to help yourself 24 hours.
Noisy. I slept really well, but noisy people walking past, and work at station. Entrance to hotel is very run down and there is rubbish outside and in the entry door. After that it gets much better.

Good Location, nice staff, great breakfast, Many restaurants in the area. they had a coffee service all day long.
The room was modest and showed its age. I was next to the subway station and could hear trains 24 hours a day.

Arrived early for check-in. Staff told me it was 300 DKK extra but realised afterwards if I'd filled out a form and joined their Strawberry Club I could have checked in early for free. I heard the guy in front of me insisting that they gave him a voucher for discounted drinks that he was entitled to, which they did grudgingly

The breakfast is nice, filling and always fresh. The rooms are quaint but the beds seemed harder than normal this time.
Due to the construction at the train station the view was a bit compromised and for some reason teenagers late at night kept congregating in front at night talking very loudly. After midnight one night the desk finally asked them to leave. Should have done so every night in my opinion.
