The location, friendly and helpful staff and public areas such as the courtyard and lounge. Our room was very clean and well equipped

Convenient location near railway station.
Small pokey ill designed room. Nowhere to put a suitcase except on the floor. Mattress falls off bed. Nowhere in shower to put soap or shower stuff.

No lift to my floor which was unfortunate as I had damaged my knee after booking… had to carry suitcase up stairs.
Price exceptionally high. There must be cheaper hotels offering better value for money

I liked the fully modernized interior in an old building. Location - literary one minute from Metro exit from Kobenhavn H. Friendly staff. Info on booking.com said 'no toiletry' but basic shampoo and stuff were provided.
People with mobility issues will need to book ground floor rooms. Access to all other rooms require some steps to ascend or to descend, as the lift is installed on the landing between floors. The twin room was very small, indeed - although well designed. The double room we had the second time was larger. Good internal noise insulation.

The location was great, close to the Central train station and metro, and pretty walkable in general. The breakfast was nice, lots of options to choose from for food and for drinks. We'll definitely stay here again!
Room and bathroom are quite small, it was hard to find space for the suitcase. Our windows faced the street and it did get noisy early in the morning.

Location is extremely convenient, Metro + central station within 150 m.
A fairly long staircase before lift with each floor. Bed cushion is too soft to sleep.

The location was great.
It was so dirty and the staff was super unfriendly. There was still hair everywhere from the previous people who stayed in the room. The cleaning staff does not know what they’re doing and put the sheets on inside out too (never changes it though we gave feedback multiple times) and the “cleaning” was emptying the trash basically. While also the reception staff was generally being unfriendly and rude honestly, I’m attaching a picture of a hairdryer that they gave us after my husband had told them our hairdryer in the room had zero power (it literally felt like some amenities were just so they could write in the description they existed) - the fact that they gave something gross like this with toilet paper sticking to it etc is unbelievable to me.
