It’s not the hotel mistake. Just be careful when walking in the Stroget market area. Someone stole my wallet from my shoulder bag.

Conveniently located, comfortable and quiet room. Room was ready before official check-in time and they let me have it in the morning, which was wonderful after a very long overnight flight.
No fridge in the room.

Friendly staff and attractive furniture in the lounge area. Excellent double glazing which is essential as the main road traffic is loud. However with the windows shut it was fine.
Room a bit small. Would have liked a fridge in the room and better kettle and cup layout.

Location was good. Room was quaint. Staff were friendly.
First room - A/C was useless. Horrible night’s sleep. They moved us to another room . A/C was better, but toilet flush was pathetic. Also sick of hotels supplying the cheapest of cheapest toilet paper

We very much like the location on the property.
Our main issue was that there was no air-conditioning. They advertise that it is air-conditioned, but the air conditioner runs basically warm air. Therefore, sleeping was pretty uncomfortable. When you are trying to adjust for jet lag, it is very important to have a comfortable room.

Great location and unique decor
Not very well maintained - carpet had a big black grease(?) stain. Air conditioner could not cope with 25 degree heat. Bathroom sink plug did not work, which made hand laundry difficult. Maintenance guy came after 2 days, explained he needed to come back with a new unit - never seen again.
Front desk staff very personable but not very knowledgable. Charged an extra fee for paying with credit card.

The hotel was cute and hospitable in an excellent location at 10 to 20 minutes walk from main sites we wanted to visit. There are lost of restaurants nearby. They hosted a drink of wine every evening from 5 to 6 which was a lovely start to the evening and an opportunity to meet other travelers if you wanted to. The room was spacious and the lobby had some fun sitting areas as all the furnishings are in an authentic mid century modern Danish design style. The staff were very friendly. There is an cute patio in the back. The overall ambiance/vibe of the hotel is warm and personal.
The lighting in the bathroom could have been a bit brighter but it was not a big deal.

Location, lobby, common areas, cleanliness. Coffee, water fountain, afternoon wine hour in the lobby.
Beds were too small and light for us. We are a tall couple and the beds moved every time we changed the position. It was actually 2 single beds put together. The room had AC, but it didn't cool the room well. It was more like a fan. The cold water in the sink was sometimes warm, which was weird. Very noisy if you open the window for some fresh air, as our room overlooked the boulevard.
