Staff were excellent.
The breakfast arrangements were totally inadequate. Although we had booked breakfast we had to file through the overcrowded room to queue up with other customers coming in from the street. The room was overcrowded and the hot food was not hot and had too much salt added. Would not recommend.

The design was very nice, and it is in the very centre of the city, you can reach everything easily
I missed a minifridge and we kept dropping stuff in the bathroom becausd the sink was tiny.

Hotel was furnished in the 60-ies style, very tasteful. We did not expect a design furnishing for this price. The hotel team was extremely helpful. Hotel offers free coffee at reception and free drinks in the afternoon. The hotel is doing an extra step for the comfort and convenience of their guests.

Helpful and friendly reception staff, nice design of the room and the location
I don't understand how this hotel has 4 stars and it was definitely not worth the price overall. The bathrooms were super outdated, not taken care of and kind of dirty. I understand the concept of the 60's but it looked like the bathroom hasn't been updated since the 60's, literally, and not in a nice way. The lamps did not work, the sink was cracked and overall it looked old and dirty. The tv had like 5 channels and no smart tv, which made it pointless to have a tv in the room at this age and time. We also had some issues with housekeeping staff and hotel breakfast which was sorted out later but again, it's not the quality of service we expected from a 4 star hotel.

A little gem of a hotel with lovely front desk staff, perfect for a long weekend stay, and great position. Great to have a desk in the room, plenty of coffee and tea, and a good shower! Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby, excellent recommendations from the hotel and bikes available to rent for going a bit further away. Will definitely be back :)
