Bed was really comfy, staff were lovely, we had a very nice meal in the restaurant and the bar was good.
Our room was really too small. We would have booked a bigger one if we had realised. The garden wasn't open which was disappointing as the weather was good. The rooftop bar music was too noisy - we didn't stay!

Even though room was very compact, it had everyhing you need, including chair and table for doing some work. Everything was spotless clean and staff was very friendly and service oriented in perfect location

We were spoilt by NH Copenhagen Grand Joanne as they upgraded us for my birthday trip away. Our room was very comfortable and the staff were all lovely. Great location too!

The property is in a very central location and the staff was so nice and helpful. Loved the room but it’s over priced for a ‘penthouse’ that is basically a junior suite. Very comfy and spacious.
It’s a bit noisy at night with the club music from the meat packing district. The bed was super hard but, surprisingly, still comfortable.

The hospitality, excellent friendly, helpful staff. The ambiance, quality artwork, inviting lobby areas with water, fruit & sweets for guests offered comfort & feeling of warmth. It was clear a lot of thought & effort has been put into the property. The rooftop space is great!
Our room took some negotiating with the furniture, 2 people & luggage, it felt rather small & cluttered. Would have liked more room for our things in the bathroom as well. My husband was, overall, less pleased with the space than I was. Would eliminate the lamp on the window sill, it was a minor annoyance.

Very close to the station but also well located for city centre wanderings and the Tivoli Gardens. Staff very friendly and helpful.
We had paid for a superior room, which was more expensive than any hotel we've ever stayed in, anywhere. But the room we were given was small and with one small window looking out on a blank wall, which made it feel really claustrophobic. We couldn't see the sky or tell what the weather was like. We checked in very late because of train delays (7 hours late), so couldn't do anything about the room that night. I spoke to the receptionist the next morning and explained that it was our 40th wedding anniversary and we'd paid for a superior room with high expectations. She was very helpful and agreed to move us to a nicer room. It wasn't much bigger than the first, but had two rooms looking over the main street, with much more natural light.

Great location, next to the central train station so very convenient for airport rides, going to a different city or even commuting within Copenhagen. Walkable distance to most attractions. A lot of nice restaurants within a 20 min walk. The room was nice - modern style, decent size, comfortable bed, good shower. I loved that they had a steamer instead of an iron and ironing board, that’s so convenient, every hotel should do that! We had a city view and it was amazing. The staff is also very friendly! Didn’t try it but they have bike rent, which is convenient
1. No soundproofing unfortunately, you can clearly hear both your neighbors and the noise from the outside. That being said, the street isn’t that loud actually 2. Had some stains on the carpet and sofa 3. Not critical but weird - you can’t control the water temperature in the sink, it’s cold only.
