Pleasant
Good breakfast on a very nice glass terrace, great location (metro to the city center and the airport, gorgeous beach and a very good supermarket all very close), silent neighbourhood. Nice and helpful staff.
Awful open shower that floods the entire bathroom. The hotel has very wierd “safety” policies, like taking a scan of my credit card even after the room was paid.

It was clean and comfortable beds.

Breakfast was decent, while selection was not very wide, it was good quality.
Entering to the building was confusing as the sliding door did not open and there were no signs how to get in. Eventually managed to get in when somebody went outside.

Absolutely happy that we were allowed in the room early, which was appreciated - thank you.
Compact and functional room and comfortable beds.
Cleanliness could have been better - found hairs on the bedding and in the bathroom.
A kettle would have been a nice touch too, having said that there is a bar within the hotel and local cafes nearby.

Location and breakfast were the best parts about the hotel. Staff were nice, good people.
The room was tiny. No cupboard, not even a drawer. The room did not have any hotel slippers, it also was not available to purchase from the reception.

BE CAREFUL STAYING IN THIS DISGUSTING HOTEL INFESTED WITH BED BUGS. We couldn’t stayed there more cause my mom had major medical problems due to the dirtiness and bed bugs of this hotel.
The beds were INFESTED our room was not even clean. The manager was SO nonchalant and EVIL front of my mom who had her head atrociously swollen.
And she openly lied to us and tried to manipulate Booking.com so they would refund us.
The situation was so bad they were obliged to refund us but they did not give any reparation for the medical expenses and emotional distress and trauma they caused to us.
This was I NIGHTMARE, they wouldn’t even got us another room to sleep.
We still in shock of what happened to us especially the evilness of the direction. It made me so sad for me and my mom which trip was destroyed by them.

Great location! Easy to get to from the airport and easy to get to downtown from there. Room was comfortable, clean and the staff very friendly.
