Our experience at the reception was unpleasant, leaving us with the feeling that we were at fault. My wife traveled alone, and I had booked the hotel for her (in her name) through my Booking.com account, paying with my credit card, which was also meant to serve as a security deposit. Upon arrival, the staff requested a photo of my credit card and ID, which I provided online, and additionally insisted that my wife provide her own credit card as a security deposit. She did not have a credit card and spent about an hour trying to explain that my credit card could be used or that her debit card could be accepted. In the end, they accepted her debit card. We even offered to cancel the room, but this was not allowed. Additionally, she received a room with single beds instead of the double bed we had reserved and that was on reservation picture. The overall experience at reception was so unpleasant that we avoided any further interaction with the staff and did not insist on receiving the room we had booked and paid for.

Responsive and helpful staff. Location - close to the metro and bus stop, as well as close to the beach.
Don't forget to state when you want your room cleaned. If there is no request, it will not be cleaned.

The mattress is a silice, it is not very common, one of the water glace was dirty at our arrival,we found hair also on the bed that does not belong to us. The most important the black out, If you are a person who does not bother sleep with sunlight, you are able to sleep there

A decent breakfast. The variety is not extensive, but it's perfectly fine for a 3-4 day stay. In any case, I always felt full after breakfast. It’s a 5-7 minute walk to the metro, along a pleasant route. The room is clean. You can buy all the essentials at the reception and make hot drinks yourself. The mattress is moderately comfortable. I would recommend this place to friends but would also mention the drawbacks.
Poor soundproofing (you can hear the neighbors in the hotel), which made it difficult for me to fall asleep. It was also stated that this is an aparthotel, but there’s no option to cook in the room, as it only has a microwave and a kettle. However, this was fine for me, as I wasn’t expecting to cook. There is no bottled water provided in the room.

- Walking distance to Lergravsparken station
- Kvickly supermarket just round the corner
- Copenhagen Coffee Lab, La Madeleine, Jagger are all within 5 minutes walk away!
2. Kitchenette is well-equipped with microwave, fridge, cutlery and basic utensils!
3. Decent number of power sockets to charge devices
4. Friendly staff at the reception
5. Trash cans were lined with extra bags and allowed for self-service.

Really nice and helpful staff :) Breakfast was also really good and tasty.
Room was really comfortable and hotel is in really good location, close to the beach and just few minutes from Metro.
When we arrived it was really hot in the room (room on highest floor) and it took over 4 hours to cool it down.

The hotel is situated near the beach and not too far from the city-center. Everything one needs is provided although in a very minimized form (space, shower etc.).
I travelled 10 thousands of miles by bicycle and spend the nights in more than 100 hotels wordwide. I never had to pay for a inside-storage of my bike, except in this hotel. The price of the hotel is high enough to include this service without any payment.
Breakfast area is small and was quite crowded.

Really good location, walking distance to Amager strandpark beach and lagoon. Very close to the metro line. Nice size apartment room, had everything we required. plenty of restaurants and coffee shops in the surrounding area.
I didn't like being charged to store a bike box and bike, as it was the hotel who informed us we could not store them in our room, advanced notice on this would have been a nice heads up, also I didn't think the bike storage itself was that secure, as the was a lot of accessibility to other facilities through the same door.
The only bad note on the room, was the shower drain seemed blocked, the shower water did not drain away for at least 15minutes. we stayed on the same floor last year and had a similar issue with the drains, different room both times.

Very close proximity to 2 metro stops Oresund & Lergravsparken. Also the bus route number 31 which goes to the city centre & the airport. There's a Lidl supermarket near Oresund metro too. Apartment for 1 had most of whay I needed. It was very, very quiet both inside the GoHotel & outside - perfect relaxation. Very trendy & very comfortable decor & furnishings. Loved both the covered terrace & the rooftop terrace. ❤????
