The staff and the reception with the restaurant were great. Location was fabulous.
The room was horrible. No towels, no shampoo, you have to rent them. A very wornout couch and toilet dirty.

Location: The location is excellent. Many of Copenhagen’s main tourist attractions are within walking distance, which made getting around the city very convenient. Staff: The staff were friendly and helpful, particularly when we arrived late at night and needed assistance with our luggage. Overall: A very convenient place to stay because of its excellent central location and helpful staff. The main downsides were the small rooms and the lift issue.
Room: The room was quite small, especially when travelling with luggage, but it was clean and suitable for a short stay. Facilities: One of the main lifts was not working during my stay. I arrived around 1:00 AM after a long flight, so it was quite difficult to take the luggage upstairs. However, the staff were very helpful and guided me to another internal lift that was working, which I really appreciated.

Location is top notch, WiFi is ok, shower facilities are clean and comfy. Bed is comfortable too.
Very noisy on fridays and saturdays downstairs. Great for youngsters. Keep in mind. Bad that no kitchen to at least boil water for tea.

Die Lage wsr super. Das Hotel hat einen tollen Vibe.

I understand that I booked this hotel knowing they don’t have AC. It’s good for a 1-2day stay but for kore nights I prefer to have an AC.

The shower was hot and had decent water pressure. The location was solid
Incredibly noisy from street and interior noise. There were bugs in the room when we arrived. My friend saw what looked like bed bug residue on the corner of his mattress. The customer service was horrible. The room smelled bad. There was blood on one of the towels that we had to pay Generator to rent from them. I wouldn’t recommend this hostel to anyone. There’s a reason it is priced the way it is

Wonderful
The location is excellent, and the hotel is just a short walk from the metro station, making it very easy to get around Copenhagen. The room is spacious enough for three people. By Danish standards, I think the hotel is quite generous in providing clean bed linens and towels at no extra cost. I also liked that the shower and the toilet are in separate areas, which made the room more convenient for a family.
The only downside was that there were no mugs or a kettle in the room, so it wasn't possible to make a hot drink like tea or coffee. Also, the handwashing sink was quite small, making it a little inconvenient to use.
