the location was perfect
even the location, internal and external noise isolation was not really efficient. Other residents are not so respectful to be quite in the midnight that's why i must say i couldn't sleep very well.

Uncomfortable bed, really small room, curtains cannot be opened because people can look inside, only dark curtains so almost everyone has it closed

Central location, with all main attractions close by. I also have to give a special shout out to the reception staff, who were very attentive to any questions I had and helped me with everything.
I was comfortable in the room, it was small but cosy, but for some reason I was expecting more for a hotel this high rated. Also, I couldn’t connect my Netflix or any other streaming platform besides YouTube, which was a shame since I really wanted to relax with a good movie in bed.

I really enjoyed my stay! The location was ideal. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was larger than I expected and I really liked that. The bedding was very comfortable. I loved being able to open the window and relax. The church bells were great to hear. They didn’t bother me. It was very quiet otherwise. The breakfast was pretty good. I enjoyed the variety of options and the flavourings were delicious. Navigating the hotel was easy. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I felt safe and welcomed. I really loved how kind they were and allowed me to store my luggage while I toured the city. They offered to get me a taxi very early in the morning prior to my flight which was helpful.
I wish they offered a few more room amenities and that breakfast was available earlier or if you could request for a breakfast to be sent to your room. I’m not a big TV watcher, but I did try to see what was offered and it only had chromecast.

As much as I loved the scenic view of the town hall tower, be ready for the bells to toll until midnight!
