Disappointing
The location was great and the room was clean
The aircon was not working and no one informed us of this at any point, it was too hot and we couldnt open the windows open as there is a church right behind which rings its bells every 15 mins until 12 o'clock. There was a lady who checked us in who was very rude and clearly needs some customer service training. We wont be back which is a shame as we stay there every time we go to Copenhagen.

Great decor. Stylish and cosy with a variety of places to sit, play board games plus a lovely outside space too.

Excellent location, room good size , bed comfy and shower and hairdryer were good.
No facility to make tea or coffee in the room, no kettle and no where other than downstairs at the bar to get a coffee.

Nice room, very cleen, nice bathroom. Not noisy, and pet friendly. Very nice open terrace for drinks and meals. Very friendly and helpful staff.
