Perfectly situated hotel in a quiet little street, just a stone throw from city center and parliament, restaurants (€ - €€€) near by, all very clean, quiet, super friendly staff! Perfect hotel!

Lovely staff! They were very kind and accommodating, even when our fight was delayed and we didn’t get there until 2am. The bed was also SO comfy :)

The location is unbeatable. Room is very clean & comfortable. This was my second stay at this particular hotel.
The TV ( too complicated ) should just do regular channels. Aside from the great location, I don’t really see anything that makes this hotel stand out from its competitors ( no kettle/ coffee machine in the room for instance)

Staff were beyond helpful and polite, room was clean and spacious.
No coffee or tea making facilities in the room, never stayed in a hotel before without a basic kettle or coffee machine. This would put me off booking again. Also the windows needs better sound proof - the clock outside goes off until midnight - I couldnt sleep and when doing a work trip I needed rest, was so tired the entire trip.

The hotel is very well situated, very nice nice views, good breakfast. There is also a nice spa area and a swimming pool
There were too many people during holidays period, sometimes it was difficult to find a table for a breakfast

Very Poor
I accidentally booked my two-night stay starting one day early. I accept the rate was non-refundable, but the hotel refused any adjustment and also cancelled my second night, even though I was in town and ready to stay. No compensation or alternative was offered. Great service means finding a fair solution, not ignoring the guest. Disappointing.

The location was perfect, we seemed to be just a 12 minute walk from everywhere we wanted to go! The room had everything we needed and the beds were so comfortable. We could hear the bells from the building near us but this was a nice thing, not a negative.

The bed was super soft and cozy, the shower was spacious, and the location was exceptional. We only had a short time in Copenhagen for a long layover, so this was perfect to see the historic center on foot in our one day.
