Mid range modern hotel in a reasonable location. The breakfast was awesome!
I got a ground floor room that has no privacy if you open the curtains because you are by the walkway to the courtyard. If you stay here don’t take a ground floor room if you can avoid it!

Location is perfect for a town exploration. Room is clean and fine, but be prepared for a bathroom door being just decorative. TV requires Chromecast apps, which should not be a problem once You know about that and have a reasonably modern smartphone. Bike rental service is a big plus. Very good breakfast, impressive coffee machines with oat milk option. Local bar open till 23:00, with another one just next door, open looong hours. Option for a late check-out (100 DKR/h) helped us a lot.
Local parking is small and often fully packed, so You may need to walk about 4-6 minutes to a public one - not a problem if weather is nice, but be prepared for that.

The location was amazing, room was small but comfortable with a ceiling fan, great view, and excellent bartender who gave us a big bucket of ice for our room.
If you want to park in the building for 350 kroner you have to request the space asap, it is a VERY TIGHT space!!!! If I stayed at the hotel again, I will find a nearby parking structure instead…and it will probably cost less than 350 kroner!

no A/C they only told you at arrival, they ofered a fan (they knew it was broken for 3 weeks) the curtains are short, the cromcast doesnt work, the employees are kind but frustrated so not helpful

Very basic room: no closet, no Refrigerstor, no Amenties, Soft bed(subjective) There is no air conditions, but there is a celling fan.No desk and chair but theres is one sofa The bathroom door doesnt close properly which means there's no privacy.

Location
The hotel sent me a message a couple of hours after I made the reservation regarding the parking possibilities. The parking is very limited and must be reserved in advance for the price of 350 Danish Kronos. This was not indicated in the descriptions of the hotel.

the location was perfect
even the location, internal and external noise isolation was not really efficient. Other residents are not so respectful to be quite in the midnight that's why i must say i couldn't sleep very well.
