The location close to Central Station and attractions like the Tivoli Gardens and the main shopping area Strøget. The room was quite a decent size. The bed was comfortable. The staff were super welcoming and friendly.
The shower area. Was very small and awkward to get in and out.

Friendly staff. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. It’s in a great spot, close to train and metro. We hired the bikes, had drinks in the outdoor area and had a great time overall!

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the garden area was also extremely nice to be at
Room was missing a table or somthing similar to place and store our items, besides the floor and tiny bedside tables there was nowhere to put any items. The same was true for the bathroom. Adding a table or a luggage holder would fix this.

Good location, breakfast good, friendly staff
My room had windows to the courtyard and between 4 and 4:30 in the night I was awoken by a lot of noise in the courtyard as if someone was moving things from one place to another. My guess was work had started early, ended up not being able to sleep after that as noise continued again after 7am

The room had No location to place or open luggage except the bed that was very low to the ground. The room was not supplied correctly with clean towels for two people. The pillows were so small a child would have been uncomfortable staying in this bed. The room was so small we could barely walk around the bed without hitting the walls. No refrigerator, safe, dresser or drawers, closet or hangers, and a tv which was so small and they did not provide even local cable to watch. We made the mistake of paying for the breakfast the following day, the amount was too much for the food that was provided, and we feel there were some health issues with food being left out which caused some nausea and stomach issues while we traveled.
The room had clothing and items to purchase hanging on the wall. If I wanted to purchase something I would go to a gift shop. You should set the rooms up so we can be comfortable while traveling. I can't believe we paid that much for a room with so little inside the room. The photos were misleading on their booking website page. How about a closet or a table to use while in the room! We traveled for 3 weeks, and we stayed in numerous hotels across Europe. Probably one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in.
