Lovely style and decorations, beds super comfortable and luxury toiletries provided too. Good location for walking or hopping on the metro.
No tea and coffee facilities in the room. Quite warm too as no AC. On the evening we were going to have a drink in the bar but staff were too busy with the restaurant and didn’t come to serve us. After a long wait we left. Also be aware of extra charge for using a non Danish credit or debit card. This is on top of the price shown by Booking.com despite it stating includes all tax and fees.

Location, staff, and design style was superb!
I feel during the warmer months, it would be a so nice to experience the retractable roof, as our stay was on the top level floor & to have enjoyed ourselves more with the outdoor sidewalk seating that is offered. I loved everything about the HBG

Great location, friendly staff, cleanliness
There was no AC in the room, so it got extremely hot, especially at night. It was also super noisy, as there is a construction site right opposite the hotel and they were banging and drilling from 7am all day. Didn’t get better at night as people were screaming, singing, playing music until late, so it was really hard to sleep.

Perfect location, easy to get to the metro & walkable to all shops & cafes.
The hotel was beautiful, so it's expected you would pay more. The rooms were small but fine, bed was very comfortable! Bathroom was extremely small, shower was cramped.

I think the hotel would benefit greatly with some updates in the dining area. The chairs, the colors...it all needs refurbishing and freshening up.
