Property staff were amazing, the lobby having lots of games and activities for kids was really great. The pool is amazing for kids too.
The property is about 10 mins from the train station, which isnt far. But with little kids it feels its a little out of the way from shops to run to to get them snacks. Its not far, but with a 2 year old it feels it. The breakfast options werent great for kids and pretty limited and basic. Family rooms are tight space wise, not a lot of room for bags.

One of the largest and most comfortable rooms we stayed in on the trip. Having a hallway was great for hanging wet gear.
Reception staff were very pleasant. Inclusive breakfast was well worth paying for.
Location by the central station was surprisingly quiet and easy to get around.
Nothing.
Needs a shelf in the shower was the only thing.

Loved the lounge area with the free coffee and comfortable sofas. Had a free coffee all day two tables to eat at when bringing in your own food plus a large selection of beers wines and soft drinks for sale. Glasses provided to enjoy beverages in lounge area.

Hotel is at an excellent location, about 3mins from central station which makes the connection between airport and back super convenient (only 13min by train + 3 min walk to the hotel). Also super easy to get to and comback from anywhere in CPH. Lobby is nice, complimentary tea/coffee/hot cocco 24/7.
Room was nice and clean.
Breakfast was very good.
Checkout at 12:00 is great!
It was quite a walk all the way to our room.
Pillow were small thin - not comfy at all.
I missed some shelf in the shower+if we were not careful, the shower wall is leaking and water gets out in the whole bathroom a lot.

The hotel is very good location, right next to the train station and only 10 minutes walk from Tivoli and the main square. Hotel was peaceful and the staff were friendly. The bathroom was huge.
The room was a little stuffy, we had the window open constantly and even then we still felt rather hot and stuffy, no AC option in room. The shower pressure wasn't the best but that's about it. I would still book again.

The location was good - close to a metro and train station, meat packing district and Vesterbro. Lots of good restaurants in the area.
The room - decent size for 2 people, lots of plug sockets, I've never seen so many sockets in a hotel room. Some wear and tear in the bathroom, nothing that caused an issue. Shower wasn't the most powerful but good enough. Room was clean. They had them door stoppers on the floor outside the main door and bathroom which I did continually stub my toe on. Our room looked over the tennis court, you could hear people playing, which wasn't an issue for us, but if you like a lie in and are a light sleeper, I'd recommend asking for a room that doesn't face the tennis court.
Breakfast - was good, really enjoyed it. Staff worked hard to ensure everything was replenished.
Reception - comfy and relaxing. There was a coffee machine and tea for guests to help themselves to and a bar with drinks reasonably priced (for Denmark that is). Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff were so friendly, 2 minute walk from the train station, close to city (shopping). Beds were comfortable, free tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc. Games to play, swimming pool (which we sadly didn't use), gym.

The locarion is good, only 5mins walk from the train/metro station. Room cleaned everyday. Nice little balcony in the room. Plenty of socket outlets. Nice breakfast selection.
Only have single use paper cups in the room which is not very environmental friendly.
