Extremely convenient location for seeing the wonderful sites of Copenhagen.
Excellent helpful staff, very comfortable beds. A pleasant room upgrade too.
Lifts were difficult to get on departure day, everyone wanting them at the same time, long waits!

The staff is very good and friendly.
Customer service is very good
Location is 10 min far from metro station.
The break fast is average. It’s same every day so if your staying for long days, I wouldn’t recommend to add breakfast option.
There was no toiletries other than a towel. So bring all the toiletries when you book here.

The room is ok for a hostel stay. Location a bit faraway from all the activities.
The elevator is not down to the bottom. We have to carry all the luggage to climb the stairs to go to the main entrance.

Very good location, close to the city centre and next to a canal. Very clean and overall a good value for money. There is a kitchen and a place where you can eat your own meal.
The elevator system is crazy :). The double room had 4 beds and little space besides it. Being just 2 people, I would rather have a classic double room, but that was not much of a problem.
