Very Good
The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the view from the hotel was very nice. The location is excellent, with Tivoli Gardens and Copenhagen Central Station within walking distance, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The rooms were a little basic, and the hostel should consider adding a bidet spray in the bathrooms for guests who prefer to use one.

Wonderful
Location was great, we were able to take the train from the airport. An unexpected plus is that it is next to a main swimming area on the canals and my boys loved swimming and jumping from the platforms.

The rungs on the ladder for the bunk bed are extremely narrow. They dug painfully into my feet while climbing up and down.

Location
You get nothing, not even a cup for water, you have to even make your own bed. If you want shampoo ? You have to buy it. Honestly don’t recommend this or Denmark at all. There are way better places to go on your vacation.

We have to say that this was not the hostel's fault, but right during our stay there was heavy construction right under our windows starting at 6 am and ending around 10 pm. It woke us up every day. :/ We would appreciate it if they had told us and perhaps given a discount.

Nice bar to watch World Cup. Good bike rental.
Very efficient.
We had to switch rooms due to noisy pipes, and had to complain about noisy neighbors above us. But the staff was excellent in responding to our requests, warning the neighbors (which worked) and keeping us comfortable.

Great location within walking distance to canals, museums, train station. Excellent value. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Big room, too many beds.
We booked a double room with bath and discovered 4 additional bunk beds in our room, uncertain initially if we might end up sharing with others. Wish the room description had mentioned this.

Located at a central location, close to many facilities, at walking distance to the old harbor and many others. The hostel has an impressive lobby space like a hotel and helpful reception staff. They have a professional system. The breakfast was beyond my expectations.
I stayed for one night and my observations may not reflect everything. The common kitchen was locked when I was there, so I have no impression about its quality. The hostel runs more like a hotel than a typical hostel, so the spaces of interaction for the visitors were mostly limited and not more than the lobby space. The elevator cards allow you to move only between your floor and the ground floor. I understand the concerns about security, but a hostel is more of a casual space than a hotel.
