The location is very good
The carpets in the hallway between the rooms are dirty and stained.
Some of the staff we encountered were extremely rude and arrogant. Especially when we requested a room change as we did not receive the room we booked. We were given a double bed and asked for a twin room ( 2 single beds). We were told to just move the beds ourselves. The photos are of the bed base that they said we should move ourselves.

The reception was a little difficult to find at first.
We wanted 2 new towels, which we asked for and got, but they changed all the sheets which we didn't need. And all the towels.

Clean rooms and comfy beds.
Electricity wasn't working in one of the rooms when we arrived quite late with children. As no electricity the air-conditioning hadn't been on and it was a very hot day. After about 20 minutes someone came to fix it but it took about 4 hours for the room to cool so everyone struggled to sleep.

Modern hotel with decent rooms near center with easy access to public transportation and friendly breakfast staff at somewhat reasonable prices. Steps from the Arena and near the country's largest mall.
Checkin process was not very friendly and the woman was very poorly informed (she told is Tivoli would be closed as well as everything else; neither were true, she seemed to know nothing about Copenhagen!).
Crossing the freeway to get to the train station is also unpleasant.

I would rate the hotel itself very highly, starting with its appearance, cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, and its proximity to the metro station.However, during our stay, my car was damaged in the garage designated for hotel guests. Even though the garage is covered by CCTV, and despite the fact that I promptly emailed both the hotel and the garage management service, I received no response.We paid around 81 Euros for three nights of parking, but even if it had been free, the damage to guests' vehicles must be taken very seriously!
