The property was very nice from the outside and the inside.
Our room was not clean. The bathroom was dirty and the coffee machine that they had the room looks like it hasn’t been cleaned for months and had mold in it.

The location is just next to the Royal Arena and the train/metro station going to the city centre/airport. We stayed here beacuse of the concert in the Arena.
The everyday room cleaning was perfect.
The room was slightly outdated. There was a big stain on the carpet and also dusty cups/glasses on the first day.
The reception guy who checked us in was not pleasant.
At breakfast you will have plastic coffee cups.

The amenities were nice
I was there for two nights, and on the second day while I was out, someone came to tidy up my room. I had left clothes folded on the bed. I came back to find the clothes I folded nicely on the bed were thrown and spread onto the floor.

The only thing I liked about the hotel was its convenient location right next to the metro station.
Unfortunately, our stay was not comfortable and did not feel worth the money we paid.
Cleanliness was one of the biggest concerns. There was noticeable dust throughout the room, and during our stay, my children started feeling unwell, which made the experience even more uncomfortable for our family.
The room facilities were also disappointing. The coffee corner was very basic, with only a kettle and coffee provided. Even drinking water was not complimentary, leaving guests with the option of purchasing water or drinking tap water.
Overall, the cleanliness, facilities, and level of comfort were below our expectations, and unfortunately, the stay did not provide good value for the price we paid.
