The location was excellent
The bathtub drain in our room was clogged, so the water would collect while we were taking a shower instead of draining properly.
There was only one very small trash bin in the bathroom, which filled up within the first few hours. This was especially inconvenient since we were traveling with a kid.
At breakfast, my son wanted some fruit, but the sliced cucumbers did not look fresh. They had turned dark, making it seem like they had been prepared several days earlier.
Finally, I didn’t like that the cups for coffee were made of plastic. Real cups would have provided a much better experience.

Big room, calm environment.
The housekeeping keeps on knocking early in the morning between 9am and 10am to ask of we are going to check out. Check put is 12nn so she should be knocking after that time.

Although the hotel may seem a bit far from the city center, the metro station right in front of it makes getting downtown very easy and takes less than 20 minutes. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and the staff were all very kind and welcoming. A special mention goes to the Iranian gentleman at the restaurant—he was incredibly friendly, entertaining, and a pleasure to chat with. He really made our experience even more enjoyable!
I’m not sure if it was because the hotel was particularly busy, but breakfast was a bit chaotic during our first two days. It was very crowded, and we had some difficulty finding a table. Other than that, we didn’t experience any issues during our stay and were very happy overall.

New and modern hotel. Spacious room with everything you need. Excellent location. 5 minutes to the tube station and 10 minutes ride to the center. Nice and friendly staff. Good breakfast.
