Lovely staff. Perfect location. Very nice Scandinavian design, the rooms had everything you need. Including a portable Dyson AC for “us Americans” who need our AC. Will definitely be back.

This property isn’t a fantastic location. The metro is located close by and you can walk too many of the sites in Copenhagen. The rooms were clean and the staff welcoming. The breakfast is outstanding!

The location was ideal, close to the festival we were attending. The staff accommodated our needs with professionalism and friendliness. All the information was provided on the website during the online check-in process. There was also a nice extra touch with complimentary classes….
The Scandinavian style of the beds and duvets was a little different from what we're used to. The shower was a little complicated to operate at first, but we figured it out. The tap water is safe to drink, so no bottles of water in the room. The issue we encountered was that the room safe did not work.
