Disappointing
The room was small, but perfectly fine for a solo traveler. I really enjoyed the beautiful view from the window, the good breakfast, and the fact that free tea and coffee were available for guests throughout the day, location is very good.
However, the cleanliness was quite disappointing. The carpet had trash and visible stains, and the bed sheets had yellow spots. Additionally, there were several bathroom issues: the plumbing is old, the sink and toilet drained very poorly, there was a noticeable urine smell, and even some mold. With better maintenance and deeper cleaning, this could be a lovely place to stay, but currently, it needs significant improvement.

The best is location, and it’s a clean hotel, the mirror written with your last name shows pretty nice and friendly welcome.
The bathroom is too small for taking a shower.

The location is the main perk of this hotel, it is right next to a mainline station and also Tivoli Gardens. The breakfast was also good, although they could do better at displaying allergens for each food item.
The facilities weren’t up to standard at all. We were in a family room, which was somehow the smallest room out of the three we had booked with two other couples. The bunk beds for the kids were very very unsafe, with the only barrier for the top bunk being a wobbly piece of board that had been slotted in. Also, there is no air con so if it’s hot you have to sleep with the windows open, but we were on the street side of the hotel so it was very loud. There are constant noisy motorbikes riding around blaring music. The rooms at the back of the hotel are much quieter which would definitely be better for family rooms. Also the bathrooms could do with an upgrade, they are basically wet rooms, expect everything to get wet! And they won’t change the towels for 4 days unless you ask. Also - if you book this hotel through booking.com expect to be contacted by scammers who have all your details including your name, whatsapp, and booking reference. The hotel warn you that this is going to happen when you book, but they’re unwilling to actually do anything about it.
