The staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms were spotless, with little noise. Breakfast was fantastic and the breakfast staff worked hard to produce a wonderful service

Close proximity to central station and metro and within walking distance to most places. The room was nice. We had asked for a quiet room, it was a bit noisy with banging next door and above us and outside we could hear the bins being used, moved around and kitchen clatter. The hotel staff were lovely and accommodating to our needs. Breakfast was very busy if you didn't go 1st thing or last. Free tea and coffee 24/7 was great. Local shops and food places for quick bites.
Noise outside and above us. Room was not big enough for 2 adults, a teen, and an 11 year old. Needed 4 singles/double and 2 singles rather than a double and a bunk bed.

Very nice staff, great location
The bathrooms are really not up to hotel standards. There's mould, the smell is not nice and it is really outdated as well. There is no ventilation in a bathroom without a window. Breakfast itself is sufficient but at peak times it feels like a hostel on a school trip.

Great location and a fab room for a family, 2 adults and 2 children. Breakfast was a good selection for all and really tasty.
Having to ask for clean towels or anything cleaned, but we got by. Also the breakfast did get very busy and a long wait if you caught it at the wrong time.

Location: 10/10. Very near at the train station and close to city center. Very convenient location. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Breakfast is good.
We have a family room and I wish there is a mini fridge in the room. A bit old but it’s okay. Tolerable for a 2 day night stay.

The hotel is located just one block away from the central train station. Surprisingly, the neighborhood is very clean and quiet. We initially expected the area around the station to be a bit noisy or unpleasant, as is often the case in many major European cities, but that was definitely not the case here. Everything felt clean, safe, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help whenever we needed anything. The room was perfectly fine and had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Of course, this is not a five-star hotel, so you shouldn’t expect luxury, but for a regular city trip, it provides everything you need. Breakfast was also quite good and perfectly adequate. Overall, a very pleasant experience and a great option for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Copenhagen.
